Our home is located at the North end of Lake Washington so there is easy access to Seattle, Lynnwood, Everett, Redmond, Bothell, Kirkland and Bellevue.
We are close to Bastyr University and convenient to the University of WA, UW Bothell Campus, Boeing, Microsoft, Expedia or Amazon.
We are not far from area Hospitals: Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, Evergreen, Swedish, Virginia Mason, Northwest and Children's Hospitals.
It is suitable for traveling nurses, couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Why they chose this property
We are in a highly the desirable Arrowhead area of Kenmore, next to Inglewood Golf Course. This is a great neighborhood for walking and we are close to the Burke Gilman trail which is great for walking or bicycling, or St Edward's park for hiking.
What makes this property unique
We are in a very quiet neighborhood with very little traffic.
