Cà Annalaura 1 with private courtCIR 02742-LOC-05180
FEEL AT HOME :-) A charming, exquisite top luxury apartment, fully renovated in 2009, tastefully decorated with a predominantly modern feel. Living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, double-sofa-bed and a private internal courtyard. While externally the house looks as an ancient typical Venetian house, inside the apartment is completely renovated and fully equipped (washing machine, iron and board, air-conditioner, hoover, dishwasher, double sofa-bed, fridge, cooker, kettle, stove, coffee machine, towels and bed linen, pillows, blankets, stereo hi-fi, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, shower, heating, double bed 180x200, plasma TV, Wi-Fi internet ...): everything you need to feel at home! A very cozy and modern apartment: a quiet double-room with a big double-bed (180x200), baby crib on demand (5 euros per night), two bedside tables and an enormous wardrobe; an open living room with a very comfortable double sofa-bed and plasma TV; a fully equipped kitchen and a brand-new bath with shower. Usually the kitchen is provided of a choice of different teas, spices, sugar, dressing and other little things which you allow to do little snacks. The apartment is connected to Ca ’Annalaura 2 via the internal private courtyard where you can sit and enjoy the ancient spring and the old walls. The apartment is well central located but at the same time it is situated in a quiet narrow street. You can find it with Google maps writing "Calle della Pegola". It takes 10 minutes walk from S. Marco Square and in the neighborhood there are a lots of shops, restaurants, cafès and supermarkets. The apartment is 50 meters away from Riva Degli Schiavoni and from the water bus stop "Arsenale". In less than 5 minutes you can get to Via Garibaldi, a characteristic street of typical shops. Meanwhile, in less than ten minutes walk you can reach the Biennale. The splendid and famous Lido di Venezia beach is only two stops away by vaporetto (water bus). How to reach us: From the airport Marco Polo: you can take directly the vaporetto "Alilaguna - blue line" to get our apartment. From the train station: you can take the vaporetto line 1 or 4. 1. The apartment is for maximum 4 people. The cost is 10 euros more per night. The air conditioning and the heating are included in the price. Linen and towels are included. Breakfast is not included. Please note that for late check-in we ask for a charge that depends on the time of arrival: between 8 pm and 10 pm: € 30.00. After 10 pm: € 50.00. Stefano and Monica, the owners, wishes you the best stay ever in the magical Venice!

We loved everything about this place. The location was perfect for our itinerary and Monica and Irene were great at communicating every step of the way. The place was comfortable and updated and the AC was much appreciated, as were the welcome cookies that we found on arrival! We will hopefully be back someday as Venice was magical.
Beautiful suite, was close to vaporetto stop, a small coffee bar, and many fabulous restaurants. A short walk to Doge’s Palace, St. Mark’s and other popular tourist attractions. Absolutely would stay here again.

Irene was great in giving us proper info regarding how to get to the apartment. The apartment was clean and close to everything, such as restaurants, tourist spots and grocery store.
Really love the area. The apt. had everything we could possibly want and need. It was comfortable and homey—-wish we could have stayed longer! We will return again someday!!
The property was clean, accessible, and as advertised on VRBO. No complaints at all. Conveniently located within walking distance to many sights. At the same time, a mere block from Waterbus stop to reach other areas in Venice. Would stay there again and recommend to others.
This was my second time staying at this apartment for a reason. It's in such a great location, very clean and the little touches by the hosts such as the welcome cookies and wine are the details I look for when choosing to stay somewhere. The check-in process is always easy. This rime I arrived early and Monica and Irene already had the apartment ready for me. If I'm ever back in Venice again I will be staying here again.
Very well-located rental, in a quiet neighborhood and very close to a vaporetto stop. A well-equipped and well-kept rental. The reversible air conditioning ensures you're neither cold nor overheated, which is essential. Two minor drawbacks: the apartment is dark, you have to use electric lighting, and the neighbors start their day early, sleeping in late at 8 a.m. I recommend it.
My wife and I stayed here in October. The apartment is in a pedestrian-only area; so there isn't a lot of car noise, emergency vehicle noise, etc at the apartment. It was a nice, quiet stay. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment always seemed to be the right temperature. Being in the city center, there is great shopping and dining within an easy walking distance. The famous Dragon Bridge and Butcher's Bridge is just a couple minutes away, with a lot of dining options along the way. We found a great Irish Pub nearby to watch sports and have a drink. Check-in was easy and we were met by Martina at the apartment for a tour. Overall, this was a great experience and I would stay here again.
This was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. This was my first trip to Europe as well as my first solo trip abroad. Irene was very attentive maming sure to check in with me before important arrival and departure dates. When I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment she seemed genuinely concerned for me and sent Monica over to help me get back in. The private courtyard in the back was everything I imagined an Italian villa to be. Its very close to the Vapporeto stop making it very easy to visit other islands. Its a short walk to lots of main attractions, resturants and shopping. I hope I can return again someday and I would definitely stay here and will be recommending this apartment to friends and family. Grazie mille!
What an amazing location! We had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for two weeks, from October 27 to November 9.
Our initial communication was with the owner Monica, then the property manager Irene upon arrival. Both were great to work with and provided clear instructions. During our stay, Irene was very attentive, always responded in a timely manner, answered any of our questions or concerns with kindness and professionalism, was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
The apartment itself is just as it’s presented in the photos; a warm and inviting space, perfect for me and my friend. Access to a full kitchen and laundry was perfect. The location is less than a five minute walk to the Arsenale Vaporetto stop (water bus). Being in a more quiet area was ideal as we were away from the noise and chaos of the high traffic tourist areas, giving us a more “local” experience. We enjoyed some of the best restaurants in the city such as Enoiteca la Caneva which is just a few doors down, to Nevodi on via Giuseppe Garibaldi. To add, via Garibladi is only a 10 minute walk and boasts restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and anything else you need during your stay.
Our main goal during our stay was to visit the Biennale exhibits, which the main events at Arsenale and Giardini were a 10 and 15 minute walk respectively from the apartment. Go 15 minutes in the opposite direction, we were in St. Mark’s Square, surrounded by the beauty of the Basilica.
Thank you Monica & Irene
