Beautiful Studio Apartment was recently completely re-furbished and re-equipped, garden view. With double bed and Air Conditioned. Open kitchen equipped with refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave and utensils, equipped with LCD TV. Set in one exclusive Residential and Holiday complex, with tennis and sports area, gymnasium, gardens, two swimming pools, with free access, Close to shopping center, pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, restaurants and public transport.
It's ideal holiday apartment for couples and golfers.


Tavira Garden is an exclusive Residential and Holiday complex on the outskirts of Tavira in the Eastern Algarve area of Portugal, the beginning of Tavira is only 300 meters from the complex.
There are many facilities for the enjoyment of guests and residents.
The complex have two swimming pools, tennis and sports area, a gymnasium and a safe children's play area. At night you can visit the comfortable restaurant or bar area, or sit outside and have a cool drink in the warm evening air.
It is only a 15 min to 20 min walk into Tavira centre (1.4 km) or a driving by car of 5 minutes by car (2 Km), where you can enjoy a unique blend of culture and historical buildings. The superb beaches are not far away and if you enjoy golf you can improve your handicap at one of the top quality courses nearby.
The thoughtful layout of the apartments and villas gives maximum privacy to their residents.
In the summer months there's always boats that can take you to the beaches and you can rent a Water Taxi that takes you to the endless and unspoiled islands near or to beaches that are almost desert with their fine golden sand, washed by a crystal clear water of the Atlantic. In the other months is easy to find someone that can take you to the islands. The beaches of Tavira and its famous Island are known for being the most clean and intact beaches in Algarve and southern Europe all with blue flag. These beaches are known as be some of the most unspoiled sandy, wide and clean beaches in the Algarve and southern Europe, and all of them part of the Natural Park ‘Ria Formosa’, a Portuguese heritage.
Golfers will enjoy the variety of courses the area has to offer, in less than 10 minutes driving you have three Golf Courses, Benamor, Quinta da Ria e Quinta de Cima.
Monte Rey (championship standard), is 15 minutes driving and Castro Marim is within 25 mins drive and also has 2 splendid courses, Castro Marim Golfe and Quinta do Vau.

Luis was very prompt with communication, and provided us with a lot of information about the area. The suite was exactly like the photographs, very clean and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay in Tavira.

Area was lovely, location very close to Tavira. Had difficulty connecting with owner for check in due to necessity of wifi. There were two units, in the building, under renovation. Under Portugese law, work can start at 8am and stop at 8pm. Noise was an issue, Luis tried his best but it was out of his control. Listing indicated washing facilities, there were none.This is a small unit, best for a week stay.

We are a young couple and we spent a week a this homey apartment! When we arrived, Luís showed us around the apartment and gave us a map of Tavira and suggestions on restaurants & bars, the best beaches! It already made us feel at home! =) The apartment was tidy, well decorated and i and confortable for two people! =) The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. We had an amazing week and we look forward to be back soon! =) We surely recommend this apartment!! =) Thank you so much for your welcome! It made us feel at home! =)

Perfect studio apartment

We stayed here for a week at the beginning of August, the apartment is clean, in good condition and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and kept the apartment comfortable when needed. There were no issues with noise from neighbours or roads etc. The photos in this profile are a good representation of the apartment and pool area etc. 2 slight negatives. 1) The bed is very firm. Although this suited me, it was not as comfortable for my partner. 2) The pool isn't the cleanest I have seen and the area surrounding is a little tired now. We spent most of our time at the wide array of beautiful beaches within a short drive though so it didn't affect us too much. The owner was very friendly and communicative, arriving promptly to meet us with keys and a quick run down of the apartment and local area. He had also gone to the trouble to answer some snorkling/scuba diving questions we had asked so this was very much appreciated. I would definitely use this apartment again and recommend it to friends and family, it is great for a couple looking for a quiet get away.

Comfortable apartment within easy reach of Tavira centre

We have enjoyed our stay at Tavira Garden. There are 2 supermarkets within 15 minute walk. It was a 30 minute leisurely walk into the centre of town. Tavira is an interesting town to explore with a short ferry ride to the nearest beach. The local train goes from Porta Nova station (15 mins walk from apartment) which gives access to towns like Olhao an Faro. We especially enjoyed Olhao and getting the ferry across to the island of Armona.

Nice refurbished studio, most enjoyable stay

My wife and I stayed for 10 days in Luis apartment and had a lovely time. Apartment was well equipped, plus benefit of a balcony with French style doors so that you could open both and even if you didn't sit on the balcony, it was the next best thing. Fairly large for a studio with comfortable bed and decent size bathroom. Addition of air-conditioning also a plus because it was very warm for our first few days. Tavira gardens are very nice, with a lovely big pool area and no bun fight for sunbeds, plenty available. Location is a bit outside the centre of Tavira, but cab price of 5 euros reasonable. Sometimes you have to build this into your budget and in most cases it is cheaper and quieter to stay outside a town centre and add the cab cost. Tavira is a lovely town, and prices are much cheaper than most of the West side of the Algarve. To summarise, we would be happy to stay again, and no hesitation to recommend. Luis is always ready to help, and responds quickly., so thanks again Luis. Eddie and Christina McAlpine

Very nice.

A lovely beautifully decorated studio, in tasteful resort. The sun is on verandah in morning and verandah looks out onto nature scene, with no one to disturb you. A beautiful flat in beautiful area with nice owner. Tavira is also an old unspoiled town.

Perfekter Urlaub

Es war unser erster Urlaub in Portugal (Tavira), es war traumhaft. Das Apartment hatte alles zu bieten z.B. Bügeleisen , Haarföhn, sogar Handtücher für den Strand. In der Küche gab es auch alles, man konnte super kochen. Sogar Weingläser gab es, was die meisten Apartments nicht haben! Und eine Nespresso (oder so eine ähnliche Maschine) gab es. Das Apartment war super sauber , die Anlage ruhig und es gab einen grossen Pool. Wer gerne im Pool schwimmen geht ist da gut aufgehoben. Wir hatten ein Auto und sind jeden Tag einen anderen Strand angefahren, was ich auch jedenm empfehlen würde. Traumhafte Strände und tolle Buchten. Luis ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, er hat uns viele Tips gegeben hat. Wir konnten Ihn jederzeit erreichen wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen, wir wollen noch einiges sehen. Perfekte Wahl !

Es war unser erster Urlaub in Portugal, es war traumhaft. Das Apartment hatte alles zu bieten, z.B. Bügeleisen, Handtücher für den Strand usw., auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden, so dass man lecker kochen konnte. Es war super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Anlage war sehr ruhig und einen schönen Pool gab es. Man sollte sich aber nicht an den Pool legen, die Strände sind einfach zu schön. Wir hatten ein Auto und haben jeden Tag einen neuen Strand erkundet. Auto wäre auch zu empfehlen !!! Luis ist ein sehr netter Mensch. Er hat uns tolle Tips gegeben wo man gut Essen kann und wo man hin sollte. Danke an Luis. Ich hoffe wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder : ))) !!!!!! LG Mandy & Tobias

Somos una pareja que estuvimos 5 noches en este estudio. Todo muy bien. El estudio es bonito y está muy bien equipado. También teníamos WiFi incluido. Esta ubicado en una urbanización privada llamada tavira garden, donde se puede aparcar perfectamente en la misma puerta. El dueño es muy amable y nos dio mucha información sobre sitios donde poder ir. El pueblo tiene zonas de parking grandes y gratuitas donde poder aparcar coche cerca del centro. Nos gusto mucho el ambiente de Tavira y sus playas. Quedamos muy contentos. Recomiendo este apartamento para parejas y volvería seguro al mismo sitio en un futuro.

Wonderfull place for a couple, five stars!!!!

Umas férias fantásticas!Com um proprietário(Luís de Brito) com bom trato, que sabe bem receber e dar indicações precisas e preciosas para os melhores locais para fazer praia, como lá chegar, os melhores locais para comer e também os sítios com melhor qualidade preço. O estúdio é extremamente confortável, bem situado (muito próximo dos hipermercados,dá para ir a pé.e próximo de Espanha), muito calmo, com piscina e bar do condomínio ao sair da porta, completamente limpo, diria até bastante cheiroso. Tem uma varanda com pinheiros á vista ideal para tomar pequenos almoços a ouvir os passarinhos. Adoramos, iremos voltar concerteza.É ideal para um casal relaxar e ter todas as comodidades para umas excelentes férias. Recomendamos também a Casa do Polvo em Santa Luzia (passo a publicidade). O Luís de Brito não se esqueceu de tv com satélite,ar condicionado,wi fi, toalhas e chapéu de praia, entre todos os electrodomésticos e utensílios que fazem falta.Perfeito,aconselho vivamente!!!

AMAZING HOLIDAYS!!

The apartment is very beatiful and quiet! It is very clean. The owner was very nice with us. He gave us lots of inrformation about Tavira. The apartment is ideal for couples. We recommend that apartment for people! Fueron unas vacaciones perfectas! Luis nos acogió de forma excelente y nos proporcionó mucha información de la zona(playas, lugares para comer y visitar...). El apartamento es ideal para una pareja ya que cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse bien y cómodo. Está muy cuidado y muy bien decorado, es muy acogedor. Para nosotros lo mejor del apartamento fué la terraza porqué está a la sombra y se puede descansar y comer tranquilamente. El apartamento se encuentra en el complejo Tavira Garden y cuenta con una piscina, bar y recepción. Recomendamos absolutamente este apartamento porqué quedamos muy contentos y esperamos volver pronto!

The perfect Algarve retreat

My partner and i had a fabulous stay at Luis's apartment in Tavira Gardens. Everything was exactly as described, the apartment was spotlessly clean and the complex and facilities were great. Luis was exceptionally helpful, recommending some great places to eat and visit and rushing out to buy a kitchen knife when we asked him to! Tavira is also the perfect place to stay on the Algarve. It's a lovely town with beautiful cobbled streets and a great atmosphere. It's also within easy reach of other attractions in the Algarve and a day trip to Seville or Cadiz in Spain is also doable. Thanks Luis, highly recommended!

Cracking Studio Apartment!

This is a lovely studio apartment on a pretty complex complete with bar, restaurant, pool and tennis courts. Handy location for Tavira - 20 mins stroll to all the bars and restaurants. Apartment is modern and clean with a lovely bathroom and balcony. Couldn't fault it and Luis was very helpful before during and after our stay! Will definitely be back (but a kettle would be good!!).

Leuk fris ingerichte studio met complete badkamer, en een fijn balkon met genoeg schaduw . Groot genoeg voor 2 personen, Goede ligging tov Tavira vlak bij shopping centre . Stads centrum in 5 min met auto. Tavira is een hele mooie stad vooral s avonds erg mooi verlicht. Ilha de tavira fijn strand . Al met al aan bevelingswaardig , een vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaar.

Unas vacaciones perfectas

Fueron unas vacaciones perfectas para descansar en pareja. Tavira es un sitio encantador y ha sido una semana estupenda. El acceso al apartamento es muy sencillo. Tiene un supermercado muy cerca y se llega a Tavira en apenas 5 min. donde se puede coger un barco para ir a la isla de Tavira, donde la playa es sencillamente perfecta. El apartamento es muy acogedor, y aunque no es muy grande, tiene todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Para nosotros fué más que suficiente. La piscina de los apartamentos también esta muy bien y tienen comedor por si algún día apetece pasarlo en la piscina. Luis el casero, es una persona muy amable y nos facilitó mucha información sobre Tavira (bares, restaurantes, playas...). Estaremos encantados de volver!

Nice apartment but far from the center

We were in Tavira for 4 nights. The apartment is very nice and it has several useful services. Unfortunately, the apartment is far from the center of Tavira and we always had to move by car. We suggest to check the bathroom because there were often unpleasant odors.

Estudio ideal para una pareja

Es un apartamento muy acogedor. Esta muy bien equipado y todo estaba muy limpio. El dueño nos recibió muy bien y con un trato muy correcto. Nos hizo buenas recomendaciones sobre la ciudad. La terraza esta muy bien situada, orientada a una zona de árboles que proporcionan intimidad y sombra. Aunque solo estuvimos un día en la piscina, estaba muy bien, con tumbonas para tomar el sol. Resultó muy fácil aparcar el coche en la puerta del edificio. Es ideal para una pareja. Volveremos
