enjoyed our annual guy's trip that was in Chattanooga this year. The house was great for a group of 6 and was a short car ride to all the wonderful local restaurants and events. The owners were very helpful with our last minute booking and making sure it went smoothly. .
Overall, we had a nice stay at this property and enjoyed the home. There was plenty of space for our group of 8 people to stay and hang out. The location is about a mile from downtown and, while that is completely walkable, it didn’t necessarily feel like a great idea at night. Good value for a stay in Chattanooga, just be mindful if you’re looking for something that’s in the heart of downtown.
I feel pretty torn about writing this review because I have no desire to hurt a small business - however I do feel it's important to let other future travelers know what to expect as the previous reviews didn't mention anything about these items. The communication with the host was great. Check-in and out was a breeze. The location was excellent. The house was spacious and tidy. We were a bit surprised to find the house needing quite a bit of TLC. There were a number of walls that were damaged, some with holes in them, the master bathroom had large spackled holes that needed to be sanded and painted as well as baseboards that looked as if it had flooded a few times. There were a number of holes in the ceiling where it looks as if they are planning to install lights or speakers. We noticed a number of pieces of furniture with large stains or damage. Areas where it looked as if a child had colored on the wall/stair case (this really just needs a magic eraser to remedy). The downstairs bedroom TV cables drape down and across the room which is pretty unsightly but also dangerous for anyone with small children. We contacted the host about these items as to avoid being charged for them and she said that the owner was aware and the house will be painted next week (not sure if that's true or not but figured it was worth mentioning). When we complained they gave us the option to leave without being charged - unfortunately we were unable to find other accommodations at such a short notice. We did check out a day early at 9am but weren't refunded for the last day. Overall, the house is fine - not what I would feel comfortable having paying guests stay in but I suppose we all have varying views of what is acceptable. Beyond the aesthetic components the house was comfortable & close to many local amenities.
We enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice. The only downside was that there was only street parking.

Amazing downtown Chattanooga experience!
This place is wonderful! We had a large group use this house over Easter weekend. Spent a lot of time enjoying the spacious layout as well as quick and easy access to downtown. The beds were comfortable and the three bathrooms made morning routines effortless. We will absolutely be back in the near future!
