The Space:
This Italian Lakes holiday rental is located on the second floor of a brand new contemporary Italian Lakes villa and access to the property is via a lift or external stairs.

Inside there is a wonderful open plan living, kitchen and dining room. Floor to ceiling windows ensures that guests can enjoy the phenomenal lake views throughout this area. Doors lead out on to a covered terrace, equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining as well as comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying an aperitif! The glass balcony ensures that guests can make the most of the wonderful views. The kitchen is modern and contemporary and is well equipped for those that enjoy eating in as much as eating out!

There are also 3 bedrooms in this Italian Lakes holiday rental. Two have double beds whilst the third bedroom has two single beds. There are also two bathrooms, both with white sanitary ware. The bath in one of the bathrooms makes it ideal for those with younger children. The other bathroom has a shower and is fully adapted for wheelchair users.

This Italian Lakes holiday rental was completed in 2014 and furnished to a high standard throughout. Outside guests enjoy use of an infinity swimming pool. Loungers are provided for lazy days by the poolside.

Air conditioning is available if guests would like to use it. This is charged at 0.50 euros per KW. Similarly, when required, heating is an additional charge payable locally based on consumption. A 24 hour laundry service is available free of charge for guests. Washing will be done on your behalf. And finally, should guests need it, there is a car charging point at the villa. This is available from May 2024 onwards. This is metered and guests will be charged for usage based on consumption. Please ask for more details.

Guest Access:
Please note that the property sleeps a maximum of 6 people in 3 bedrooms. On request there may be an option for the property to sleep up to 8 guests however there is an additional charge per night for any additional guests. Please ask for more details.

The Neighborhood:
This is a stunning area of Italy, with plenty to see and do. Visitors shouldn't miss visiting the nearby beautiful lakeside towns of Arona and Stresa and a visit to the Borromean islands is also a must! There are plenty of lakeside beaches nearby to enjoy and there are a number of water sport centres where you can enjoy waterskiing, kayaking or paddle boarding amongst other things. Getting Around:
The lakeside is just a few minutes drive away as are the nearest shops and restaurants. Once there, the boat network provides a great option for exploring the lake.

Interaction with Guests:
The owner will be available during your stay if you need any help or advice. When available, the owner will deliver fresh eggs laid by her hens. A local tourist tax is collected on arrival in cash.
