Inserted on the last floor of a well-known historic building, equipped with a lift, the apartment opens up into a completely renovated, bright and elegant environment, furnished with care and with all modern solutions.
The building of about 100sqm consists of entrance; living area with comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, TV and a large dining table; kitchen complete with fridge, dishwasher and pantry; 3 comfortable bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine floor with private bathroom. Going up a few steps you can take advantage of a second bathroom with a shower.
Every detail of the apartment has been designed to allow you to enjoy complete privacy and all the comforts, in a pleasant and exclusive environment. Ideal for families or group of friends traveling together.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The location could not be better... easy to access when arriving in Siena as well as exploring the city. Our host was so easy to work with and met us early to check in. Would stay here again. Only issue would be if anyone had problems with steps, there are fairly steep steps to access the 2nd bathroom and a few steps to the master.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was the best rental of our trip. The air conditioning worked very well, the space was bright, large and colourful as shown in the photos. Spacious and comfortable apartment in an excellent part of Siena close by a grocery store, a pharmacy, Medyica medical clinic and a lovely short stroll by high end luxury shops to the Duomo & all of the things to do and see in Siena. There is an elevator up a few steps that delivers you right to the apartment door. The host was excellent and went above and beyond the call of duty to be of assistance. The property could use a refresh of some of the furnishings and some closer maintenance.

This is a great, quiet spot right off the “main road” in Siena. The apartment is very cute and fit our family of 6 spaciously. Nicoletta was very accommodating even though we were running late. We’d definitely book this place again!

The apartment was beautiful. Incredible location within the walls of this lovely city. Well appointed with good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nice living room with dining room table and kitchen.Some prior reviews mentioned the steps to reach the apartment, but there is an elevator 10 steps up from the entrance that worked well.Nicoletta was an excellent host, and very responsive and helpful.Parking a car in the Stadia Lot was 26 Euro for 24 hours and about a 5 min walk.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful appartment with unique architecture. Be aware of stairs to get to the top floor apartment. The location was very convenient and there were close places to eat breakfast or gelato.

The location was perfect. Right around the corner of the train station, shopping, restaurants, the duomo and numerous sight seeing spots. We had a very good time. The place also had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Clean and roomy.

We had a good time in Siena. The apartment was spacious and in a great location. The only complaint would be that the beds were not overly comfortable but other than that the apartment was spacious and fully equipped and in a great location for everything we wanted to do. Nicoletta was fabulous. Would recommend this as a good place to stay

Excellent Location

Everything about the VRBO, except a broken dishwasher which was beyond the owner's control, was as described in the advertising and were excellent. The proximity to the Piazza del Campo and the Cathedral also were excellent. Lots of restaurants, some which were recommended by Nicoletta, the property manager, also helped in this review.

Very nice apartment,well represented on website. Clean and laid out nicely albeit a few stairs inside and one of the two baths rather cramped but nice. Views are nil but that’s not what the place is about, it’s comfort for 2-6. The lift is especially nice and hard to find in higher apartments. Nicoletta is a very attentive manager and super friendly!

Delightful Siena Apartment

3 days in Siena was not enough to take in this wonderful town (and surrounding region) but our stay was enhanced by our lovely accommodations. Starting with the perfect location that opened the city our feet. 3 Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable - perfect for our 6 person family. 2 Bathrooms were tight (I'm 6'8) but well appointed with great water pressure! Living area and Kitchen was perfect for our family needs. Owner communication was fantastic and their restaurant recommendations were on point! Flat is in a nice building with a small elevator that makes getting up to the top easy after a long day of walking. In the US we would consider the flat on the 4th floor, but we had no trouble racing up the steps for that last bit of exercise! Can't wait to get back!
