Très plaisant

Nous avons bien apprécié le logement qui est très proche du centre et Grand Canal et en même temps au calme. Un dépaysement total immédiat. Notre hôte nous a accueillis avec une grande gentillesse. On gardera un excellent souvenir de notre souvenir.

Un petit coin de verdure au calme dans Venise

Le studio est bien situé par rapport aux centres d’intérêts touristiques , au calme et proche des commerces .Le petit jardin est un atout rare pour Venise . L’accueil et la disponibilité de notre hôte est à saluer . Prestation très satisfaisante.

3 night stay in April

We stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be well located and had everything we needed. Property owner was lovely, giving us lots of information on ferries and water taxis and any other amenities

Leider waren wir unzufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung!

In der Stadt Venedig hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung fehlen Atmosphäre und Komfort (z. B. Sitzgelegenheit zwei alte unbequeme Campingstühle, ganz selten WLAN-Verbindung, zu wenig warmes Wasser im Bad für zwei Personen....). Gut: Lage der Wohnung guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen!

Nous avons était très bien accueilli par Elena ! L'appartement se trouve dans une rue calme a 3 minutes a pied du canal. Elena parle très bien le Français elle nous avais préparer des cartes de Venise. Merveilleux séjours !++

Magical Venice

We had a wonderful stay in our cozy central appartment in Castello. Elena was an absolute star, supporting and helping us with transport when we had flight delays and making sure we were ok in our digs. Walking around on foot and using the vaporettos allowed us to experience our trip to the full.

Charmant petit studio, avec jardin très agréable en été

Le studio est petit, mais très bien aménagé avec tout le confort. Il est particulièrement agréable quand on peut profiter du petit jardin très frais. Situé dans une rue très tranquille, très proche des commerces et du centre de Venise. Très bon accueil d'Eléna.

Tiny Apartment with the Best Location

We really enjoyed staying here. Our host, Elena was lovely. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was functional, and you have your own private backyard! We explored all over Venice, and decided that this quiet neighborhood was an ideal location. Make sure you get the rundown on the hot water heater (there is a trick to getting a complete hot shower).

Enchantés du séjour

Le studio est très agréable et la propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli. Situé dans une rue très calme à 10 mn des stations de vaporéttos importantes et 15 mn de la place St marc. Il y a tout pour passer une semaine agréable et le petit jardin privatif permet de manger dehors loin de la foule. Commerces, pharmacies, bon restos et glacier à 5 mn. Merci donc à Elena pour sa gentillesse et la qualité de son accueil.

Mignon petit appartement avec jolie cour intérieure

Mignon petit appartement avec une très jolie cour intérieure. Idéal pour personne seule ou petit couple. La propriétaire Elena est très sympathique et accueillante. L'apparte est situé dans un coin tranquille mais tout de même à proximité de la Piazza San Marco et de l'Arsenale et du Rialto etc. Il y a un supermarché tout près ainsi que d'excellents restos, pharmacie et tutti quanti ! Grazie mille Elena !!

Die Wohnung ist fast in Zentrum. Zufuß kann man alles erreichen. Viele fabelhafte Restaurants in der nähe. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns von Vaporetto Haltestelle noch um 00.20 getroffen, weil unser Flug sich verspätet hat und nach Hause begleitet. !!!

Too Good to Share!

The hostess Elena made me feel so at home I hated to leave (never mind share it!). She thought of everything - all the little details that make for a comfortable stay. It is not an apartment for large people (the men in my family are very tall and would not have fit in the shower or at the table well), but is perfect for anyone else. I loved the location - the less touristy feel of a neighborhood stay, easily walkable to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, vaporetti, and all the tourist attractions. The private garden was magical, the washing machine and kitchenette practical conveniences, and the owners helpful and kind.

Appart sympathique mais très petit. Très bien localisé en dehors des circuits touristiques.

Bonne expérience grâce à Alex qui ns a accueilli avec gentillesse et disponibilité. Il ns a donné de super adresses de resto et d'endroits à voir.

10 nice days

The apartment was pretty much what we expected. We wanted a place to sleep and cook because we spent most time walking around venice. We had a nice garden outside witha table which was pretty nice for breakfast and the bed was fine too. Although the bed wasn't the most comfortable we slept fine and everything else worked too. Considering the price and the amazing location it was a good stay :)

Bel endroit

Pour un séjour aussi long que le miens, peut-être un peu petit, autrement parfait: magasins d'alimentation et moyen de transport à proximité: emplacement ne semble pas central mais est très proche des endroits à visiter. Elena qui est venue m'attendre à la station de vaporetto à mon arrivée est charmante, a été de bons conseils, disponible et fiable. Merci Christine

Accommodation with a pleasant atmosphere

Elena is a very helpful host. The location of the accommodation is ideal especially for Biennale visits. Breaks can be taken at the accommodation between visits. The cooking facilities are very practical. The garden is a special highlight.
