It has been completely restored and has a French bed and a wardrobe, a small kitchen, a sofa that converts into a French bed, a dining table. In good weather it is also possible to have lunch on the garden terrace, which is also equipped with a table and chairs. It is a 10-minute walk from Piazza San Marco.
The studio is equipped with heating, air conditioning, washing machine, TV and DVD player.
Bath and bed linen is provided.

Tiny Apartment with the Best Location

We really enjoyed staying here. Our host, Elena was lovely. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was functional, and you have your own private backyard! We explored all over Venice, and decided that this quiet neighborhood was an ideal location. Make sure you get the rundown on the hot water heater (there is a trick to getting a complete hot shower).

Magical Venice

We had a wonderful stay in our cozy central appartment in Castello. Elena was an absolute star, supporting and helping us with transport when we had flight delays and making sure we were ok in our digs. Walking around on foot and using the vaporettos allowed us to experience our trip to the full.

Living with the locals

This place was nice, clean, and comfortable. As first time international travelers to Europe we had a lot of anxiety about how to get around and with not speaking the local language and all it was a bit overwhelming prior to making contact with our host. Once we booked and made contact the anxiety started to melt away. Our host was so helpful. She helped us know how to get from the airport to the vrbo and met us at the dock and walked us to the unit. Once we were at the vrbo she continued to be supportive. This is the type of place to stay if you like to live and be with the locals and not in a touristy area. It was very quiet and peaceful. Great restaurants, bakeries, and cafes were a 1 minute walk away. San Marco Square was a short 12 minute walk away. We stayed 4 days here and it was a great base for us to explore the area. The place is very small, especially the bathroom, but my wife and I are both small people so we were able to function in it. The benefits of the location far outweighed this.

Einfache aber sehr liebevolles Studio in Castello. Der Garten ist eine kleine Oase und man findet dort auch seine Ruhe im eher dichten Gedränge Venedigs. Schlüsselübergabe, Einführung und ein komplett gut ausgestattetes Studio einfach eine Wohltat. Und die Lage mit jeweils knapp 10 GehMinuten zu jeweils zwei wichtigen Vaporetto Stationen. Ich kann nur Danke sagen ! Perfekt.

In der Stadt Venedig hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung fehlen Atmosphäre und Komfort (z. B. Sitzgelegenheit zwei alte unbequeme Campingstühle, ganz selten WLAN-Verbindung, zu wenig warmes Wasser im Bad für zwei Personen....). Gut: Lage der Wohnung guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen!

Enchantés du séjour

Le studio est très agréable et la propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli. Situé dans une rue très calme à 10 mn des stations de vaporéttos importantes et 15 mn de la place St marc. Il y a tout pour passer une semaine agréable et le petit jardin privatif permet de manger dehors loin de la foule. Commerces, pharmacies, bon restos et glacier à 5 mn. Merci donc à Elena pour sa gentillesse et la qualité de son accueil.
