The apartment is equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, heating, fully equipped kitchen and equipped with dishwasher. There are also iron, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer and everything you need to allow a family of 6 people to enjoy your holiday in the apartment comfortably ..
A few steps from the apartment are numerous excellent restaurants, as well as two supermarkets and small shops for everyday expenses. There are also two pharmacies, a bank and a post office.
The vaporetto stop Gardens is located just 100 meters from the apartment and you can reach among others in a few minutes the beaches of Venice Lido.
Piazza San Marco can be reached in 10 minutes with a beautiful walk along the banks of the lagoon. The oldest church in Venice, the Magnificent San Pietro di Castello can be achieved with a 5-minute walk along the canals.
