Spacious and quiet condo in a jungle environment with private security 24 hours in the most exclusive area of Playa del Carmen, Playacar Phase 1. The development has an unbeatable location, 100 meters around you will find: the beach, Xaman-Ha archeological zone, "Paseo del Carmen" Shopping Center, 5th Avenue, Ferry to Cozumel, Oxxo, Starbucks, Bars, restaurants, car rental, tour departures, tennis court, Pharmacies, Doctors, beauty salon, bicycles, etc. !!!

Very spacious with very easy access and private security 24 hours, it has high speed fiber optic internet 150 megabytes, it can go up to 500 megabytes for a minimum extra cost. Two large bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and very comfortable beds, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for 8 people, the room is large and comfortable. The 3 TVs have Netflix and two of them with International Satellite HD programming 237 channels. We have a large and comfortable terrace equipped with barbecue grill, laundry area with washer and dryer, there is an OXXO 1 minute walk and large supermarkets just 2 blocks away. The condo has towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach cooler which you can comfortably carry in two carts, in addition to 2 paddle boards included among other things. The rooftop has nice view of the sea and Cozumel Island with its cruises, as well equipped with barbecue and sun beds. Very few offer all these benefits in a totally safe environment.

Free access to the beach, Xaman-Ha Archaeological Zone, tennis court, bookshop and direct access to the "Paseo del Carmen Shopping Mall" we have 1 parking lot.

We will be close supporting with pleasure what you need during your stay, in addition to all the information that requires tours and attractions in the area. 100% English and Spanish languages. We can do your grocery shopping according to how you provide it, with an extra charge.

Everything is very close to just a few steps, from the bus station with departures every 10 minutes to the can cun airport, tours, convenience stores, supermarkets, hospitals, restaurants, cafeterias, bars according to what you can pay. There is no better location, if they will go and come back very happy !!

Just a few steps away is a taxi station, the ADO bus station on 5th Avenue with departures to Cancun and Tulum every 10 minutes, every day the Tours leave where you choose to go, the tour station is just a few steps away. We include 4 bicycles with which you can ride on special lanes.

Great location, beautiful condo!

Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Lovely, tasteful decorating; plenty of kitchen equipment. Very close to the beach and pier for ferry to Isla Mujeres and Cozumel. Shopping galore (if you’re into that, which my family is not). Property managers Luis and Tara responded quickly and were very helpful. Property owner Jorge added extra length to a bed for a very tall member of our party.

Cozy, Quiet, Great Location!!

This condo is in a great location. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Great food and shopping are steps away on 5th Avenue. The ferry to Cozumel is a 5 minute walk. The beach is just is a couple blocks away. Everything that we wanted to do was very close by. We were greeted upon arrival and shown around the condo to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was clean and comfortable. My favorite part of it was the view from the rooftop! Any questions we had were always answered within minutes. I would definitely recommend staying here and will do so again when I come back. Thank you!

Perfect Location for all my vacation needs

The condo exceeded m]our expectations. Very clean, very central to everything, very large. We were greeted by Luis and given a detailed walk thru of the condo and all its functions. The condo is a 6 minute walk from the ADO, 2 minutes to a calm beach just below the Ferry and Señor Frogs. Incredible location. Sometimes I needed a taxi and one call was all it took or a 2 minute walk to a taxi stand. We would generally walk to 5th which was very close. The condo was very comfortable and spacious. The pictures do not do this unit justice. The master bedroom is vert]y large with a lot of closets. The bathroom was medium size and very appropriate for my older mom (97 years old). The kitchen was totally a dream. Fully equipped. I was glad to see key seasonings in the pantry. This made our shopping budget go farther. Whoever left the coffee grounds and splenda, bless you! I regret not relaxing more on the roof as that was so calm and a scenic view. Jorge was very easy and delightful to work with and communication was perfect. By far, this is one of my favorite units I have stayed in and will likely stay again.
