It boasts an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and Playa del Carmen's famous Fifth Avenue.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, bathroom, closet, and a desk with a comfortable chair, ideal for people who study or work from home. The second bedroom has a double and a single bed, a bathroom, and a desk with a chair. The third bedroom has two single beds and a shared bathroom. All three bedrooms have a TV and air conditioning.

Additionally, if you are traveling with children, this condo offers Disney+ and Netflix, so they can enjoy their movie afternoons.

This complex has 4 pools, of which one is heated and the other is for swimming and depths for adults and children, some of them have fountains, lounge chairs, umbrellas and plenty of areas around the pool. Your condo has direct access to these heated pool areas.

The solarium on the third floor has a jacuzzi, and on the second floor there is covered meeting space with a garden table, ping pong table and gym. These spaces have views of the gardens and pools. On the first floor you can find the business center. The third floor solarium has a jacuzzi and the second floor has a large shaded terrace. Lounge area for parties and games including pool table and ping pong table. Additionally, the complex has an exclusive playground for children and 24-hour security.

Vaivén del Viento has underground parking to access the condominium from the lobby, so you won't get wet if it rains. In addition, it has a ramp from the parking lot that leads to the elevator, ideal for wheelchairs. These elevators also connect to the gym, solarium and game room.
