Beautifully refurbished, this 1970s detached house has been extended and given a stylish, modern facelift. Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac only a few minutes level walking distance from the Wells-next-the-Sea's bustling centre, Seashells has private parking for three cars and an enclosed private garden.
Now a very smart house, Seashells has been refurbished from top to bottom and provides extremely well-equipped, comfortable and spacious accommodation. There is everything you will need for a stay in this popular seaside town. The ground floor comprises an open-plan dining kitchen with french doors leading out to the enclosed garden; a cosy sitting room with wood burning stove and a handy cloakroom and utility. There is also a ground floor bedroom suite with double bed and large shower room, making Seashells the ideal spot for multi-generational families or indeed two couples who prefer their own privacy and space. Upstairs you will find three further bedrooms (double with en-suite shower, twin and bunk) and a family bathroom. To the rear of the house, there is a enclosed garden, safe for both dogs and children to play. There is a garage available for bike storage at the property.
Wells-next-the-Sea is a very popular, year round holiday destination appealing to all ages. The town has a variety of independent shops, galleries, restaurants and cafes to browse and enjoy. The quay is a great spot for a morning coffee to watch the world go by and see the tide and boats come and go. The Maltings - a fabulous arts and information centre with museum, pop-up gallery and theatre/film venue is a perfect option on a rainy day. Wells beach is renowned for its picturesque beach huts, pinewood walks and golden sands that stretch for miles and miles.
