A light and airy entrance hall which leads you into the kitchen and through into the rear hallway with stairs to the first floor.

With wash basin and WC.

Small galley-kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine and microwave
Dining room
Pretty light room with french doors opening onto the sunny south-facing garden, table with six chairs
Sitting/drawing room
A lovely light room with traditional fireplace and gas fire for those cosy winter evenings and comfortable seating with large sofa and armchair plus additional seating if you want to watch television or a DVD while supper is prepared.

With stairs to the first floor (not steep) leading into

With washing machine and tumble dryer and door to rear garden.

An extra special feature of this lovely room is the large window to the front overlooking The Buttlands.

At the front of the house there is a pretty garden stocked with clipped bushes, shrubs, perennials and roses.
Parking is on the road outside.
