Excellent value for money for this holiday home in Maremma with swimming pool. The rustic Tuscan-style apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is on the first floor but with outside umbrella, table, chairs and private bbq available on the ground floor in a common porch; inside living room with complete kitchenette and double sofa bed and satellite TV, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Swimming pool and restaurant available to guests on the property. Inside a country resort with peace and quiet but only 7 km away from the beaches. Inside the property 2 restaurants, breakfast room, 3 swimming pools, bike rental point to leave and pedal in complete tranquility up to the Maremma Natural Park. Just 2 km large shopping center and sports center with padel and tennis courts where private lessons are also possible. The historic center of Grosseto is only 4 km away.

The Hosts and staff were fantastic, very helpful and kind, even taking us to the shops.All of the staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble.The pool was very large and kept in excellent condition. overall a very enjoyable stay!
