Villa Fontanelle is a villa with swimming pool situated in a bi-familiar complex. The house, which is 150 s.m., is situated in a very calm place, 2 km far from the sea and it enjoys a beautiful view on the Aeolian Islands.

The house can host up to 8 people and it structured on 2 floors:

GROUND FLOOR: a kitchen, a big living/dining-room with sofa-bed for 2 guests, 1 bathroom. There's no air conditioning on the ground floor.

FIRST FLOOR: 3 double bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds, all with air conditioning, and 1 bathroom.

The house is surrounded by a garden and has a terrace with an outdoor table so that you can enjoy your meals outside. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view over the sea and the Aeolian Islands and from the swimming pool it is even better: you'll feel like you can "touch the sea"!

IMPORTANT: I live with my family on the other side of the bi-familiar house, so the swimming pool is going to be shared. The side that we rent has independent entrance and garden, so don't be concerned about your privacy!

One of the several highlights of the house is its position: Villa Fontanelle is in a perfect spot for those who want to discover the best Sicily has to offer. Having a car is crucial both for going around Patti and for visiting Sicily.

Villa Fontanelle is placed in a very quiet residential area, yet close to the town center: nearby you will find bars, supermarkets, ice cream parlor, restaurants, shops and many more.
Moreover, the nearest beach is only 5 minutes away by car!

•The pool will be open from May to October and can be used any time you like, except for when we are cleaning it.

•Having a car is NECESSARY both for moving around Patti and visiting Sicily. Using Villa Fontanelle as your base you will be able to visit the most famous location in Sicily such as the Aeolian Islands for which there are daily minicruises with departure from Patti.
With a short drive you will be able to reach Catania (180km), Etna (200km), Palermo (180km), Taormina (100km), Cefalù (100km) and much more.

Peace, luxury and great views

We were very impressed with Villa Fontanelle - a true "villa" level experience! Facilities were even better than advertised, with air conditioning now available on both floors. Martina welcomed us and took care of our wishes in a quick and exemplary manner, fully utilizing WhatsApp for easy-to-use guidance and links. The pool was great and we had it 100% for ourselves. Not cheap, but definitely worth the money!

Het huis is zeer goed in orde en heel netjes. Alle comfort is aanwezig, ook airco. Doordat het huis wat hoger is gelegen, kan je van op het terras de zee zien en dat was heel mooi! Het huis is gelegen op een mooi domein en we hebben genoten van het zwembad waar het altijd rustig was. Goed onthaal van onze gastvrouw waar we steeds iets aan konden vragen als we iets nodig hadden of voor uitstappen te doen.

Bitte berücksichtigen Sie, dass der offerierte Pool nicht verfügbar war. Ich fordere hiermit eine entsprechende Rückerstattung (20%) eines Teils des bereits bezahlten Mietpreises. Sollten sie dem nicht kurzfristig nachkommen, werde ich mich an die Behördlichen Verbraucherschutz wenden und meinen Fall vortragen. Ich habe bereits über Fewo direkt (Kommunikation mit Nicole R.) , als auch VRBO (Kommunikation mit Alysa) sowie der Vermieterin (Kommunikation mit Martina) den Umstand angeklagt. Dear Kay, Thank you for taking your time to review our property. As a reminder for our future potential guests I would like to clarify that the pool opening interval was correctly displayed on VRBO. However, this information wasn’t properly shown on Fewo Direkt, which is not managed directly by us, but by the VRBO group. Although this is not under our control, we understand the inconvenience that such lack may cause and we hope this will be solved soon by the platform.

Mooie villa met fantastisch uitzicht en rondom het huis plek zat om altijd in zon/schaduw te zitten

Een zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse van de woning (woont er naast), kosten nog moeite gespaard om het ons naar de zin te maken. Het zwembad deel je met degene die in woning ernaast verblijven, maar in de praktijk betekent dat dat je het zwembad voor je alleen hebt. Het uitzicht op zee is fantastisch, waarbij je zelfs de eolische eilanden ziet liggen. Naar Patti kun je lopen; leuk plaatsje waar we de eerste avond al onverwachts lekker gegeten hebben. Vanuit Patti veel mooie plekken op Sicilië te bezoeken: wij gingen naar Taormina, de Alcantara kloof, Vulcano en Milazzo en diverse strandjes aan leuke baaitjes in de buurt. Kortom: een aanrader als je naar Sicilië wilt gaan!

Sejour très agréable

Nous avons séjourné une semaine a Patti, et tout à été parfait! L'appartement est très bien décoré et très bien placé avec une vue a couper le souffle sur les îles éoliennes. Les propriétaires ils ont été très gentils et très discrets, prêts à nous satisfaire. Très belle piscine à partager, mais très souvent on l'avait rien que pour nous. Je recommande cette location pour tous ce qui veulent passer des vacances reposantes et visiter les îles éoliennes que je conseille vivement.

"La maison est située en hauteur de Patti (une voiture est nécessaire, base idéale pour visiter la région et les Iles Eoliennes. Le panorama sur la mer et les collines est tres beau. Nous étions 6 dont 4 enfants, le logement était parfait et la piscine superbe. Le proprietaire est disponible mais tres discret. Merci encore pour cet excellent séjour."
