The house is located on the farm inhabited by me and my family with our pets, fenced and protected from the outside. You will have the opportunity to walk in nature, among the olive trees and vineyards until you go to the woods to visit the cellar dug out of the tuff or the stream that rises in the valley floor .......
It is a cottage composed of a large living room, a bedroom with a delightful fireplace and a bathroom.
You will benefit from a large green space where you can spend relaxing and quiet moments

Great weekend get away guess house

Excellent place if you love nature and a quiet place to rest from noisy traffic of bigger cities. You will need a car unless you don’t mind the half mile walk to the medieval town and public transportation. My wife and I enjoyed our stay there with host, Gabrielle and his daughter who were super friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

La salle de bain ne correspond pas à la photo, un lave-main et non un lavabo. Douche située dans la chambre en sous-sol . Le spit de climatisation se trouve dans la chambre et non dans la pièce à vivre en haut. Les fenêtres n'ont pas de moustiquaires donc beaucoup de moustiques dès que l'on veut aérer.

Wir haben uns sehr auf unseren Urlaub in Italien gefreut. Jedoch war der erste Eindruck doch ernüchternd. Die Bilder des Angebots zeigen nicht die Realität. Der Gastgeber hat sich durch die Verwandtschaft vertreten lassen. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass wir nicht willkommen waren. Nachdem wir einiges umgeräumt und anders aufgestellt hatten war es dann ganz nett. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und ideal für Ausflüge. Der Unterkunftspreis ist nicht gerechtfertigt und der Vermieter sollte sich mehr bemühen.

Sommerurlaub mit Wasserfall

Es war eine sehr schöne Urlaubsunterkunft! Direkt auf einem Berg mit Olivenhain gelegen, mit einem der unglaublichen Wasserfall zum Baden in der Nähe. Sehr schön! Überraschend für uns für die Kommunikation mit den Hosts war, dass als wir da waren, eigentlich nur italienisch und französisch verstanden wurde/ englisch eher nicht. Das könnte vielleicht hilfreich sein für zukünftige Gäste! Ansonsten alles sehr nett und freundlich.

Genauigkeit des Onlineinserats

Das Ferienhaus, eher Ferienwohnung war grundsätzlich akzeptabel, stimmte jedoch nicht mit der äußeren Abbildung des onlineinserts überein. Bei dem Objekt handelte es sich um eine Ferienwohnung in einem Nebengebäude unter einem Partyraum (der aber zum Glück nicht genutzt wurde). Auch dass noch eine zusätzliche Abgabe entrichtet werden musste (Kurtaxe o.ä.) war überraschend. Schlussendlich sind wir einen Tag früher abgereist.

Ideaal adres om tot rust te komen.

We werden warm onthaald door de eigenaars. De vakantiewoning is ideaal gelegen om de vele prachtige kunststeden te bezoeken. Ook het oude stadsgedeelte van Colle di Val d'Elsa is een echte aanrader.

Cztery domki do wynajecia ,my otrzymalismy taki ktorego nie bylo na zdjeciu. "Taras" to tylko waski pasek przed domkiem szerokosci moze okolo 1 metra.Stolik i krzesla stare i brudne. Pajaki i inne insekty widywane co jakis czas, moze to trochę wina bliskosci mocno zadrzewionego lasku. Klimatyzacja w sypialni, lazienka mala i waska, prysznic wstawiony do sypialni.Slabe wyposazenie kuchni , pralka nie wiruje.Generalnie mozna zyc ale dluzszy pobyt bylby uciazliwy.Miejsce natomiast ma jedna zalete - dobra lokalizacje na wypady w okolice - wszedzie blizko.

Gabriele and his family are the most welcoming and kind hosts I have ever experienced.

We had the most beautiful holiday and were welcomed into the family (metaphorically, COVID precautions were followed and respected). The local knowledge of our hosts helped us discover the true heart of Tuscany.

Sehr schön

Wunderschöne Umgebung. Ruhige Lage mit Katzen, Hühnern und einem Hund. Zimmer ist zweigeschossig. Gute Küchenausstattung. Schlafzimmer ist klimatisiert. Die Familie ist sehr gastfreundlich und herzlich. Sehr empfehlenswert.
