This was a very clean apartment that had a washing machine and kitchenette which was handy. Be aware though that it is on the 3rd floor no lift. It is also a good 3 blocks to the beach including a large flight of stairs. Its in a lovely suburb not touristy at all. Silvia was easy to contact and deal with.
