The heating at Linden Court is controlled by a communal boiler which is turned on October-May. During this time the level of heating can be controlled by the individual apartments. Outside of this time period there are electric heaters.
Scaffolding will be wrapped around the building from the last week in June and all of July, We have had to close our site for roofing work at LINDEN COURT and work was due to finish by 19th June , Seagulls (protected species) are nesting on the rood and police have threatened prosecution if we disturb the seagulls in any way, So we are unable to remove the scaffolding for guests as this is also seen as disturbing them, No roofing work is being carried out when guests are there parking is still available.
