Private parking for 2 cars; additional on road parking. No smoking.. Two Beaches is a well-appointed cottage situated in the desirable Roundham area of Paignton. This position offers a peaceful base within easy reach of the attractions of the town centre.



Internally, the property comfortably accommodates up to four guests in two bedrooms, one with views over the bay and out to sea.



Externally, there is a secluded patio complete with a table and barbecue – ideal for dining al fresco. There is also designated parking with space for two cars, with additional on-street parking available.



Paignton Beach, complete with its famous pier, is within a 10-minute walk, as is the town centre where you will find many restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. Goodrington Beach and Young’s Park are also easily accessible, home to crazy golf, bumper boats, water park and a steam train station.

This has been our third year here, and it's definitely the best holiday home we have seen advertised, in our price range and that will take a dog. Suits us well as we are fit enough to walk up and down the hill, in either direction, with Beaches only 5-7mins walk away, and the town centre (shops, railway station and bus station) a 10-15min walk. the house is homely, clean and comfortable and I really like the kitchen. A few small additions/changes would help, just little things I've noticed. We will be booking again!! The owners are just next door and are very friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely weeks holiday .

Had a lovely weeks holiday . The house was lovely and spotless. The views over the sea were lovely. Easy to walk into town and harbour or to the next bay and beach. Very safe outside area for our dog Monty and private drive for our car. 100% recommend this property.
