This is a 3 bedroom front house unit. Need more space? Please let us know! We also offer rental of our 2 bedroom attached back unit with bedrooms upstairs. If you rent both units, you get a total of 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 kitchens. 2 family rooms, 2 washers and dryers, 2 off street carport parking spots, a common spacious backyard with patio furniture and a grill. The entire house is newly renovated and boasts well appointed, brand new furniture and appliances. Located only 15 minutes drive to French Quarters; only blocks from the University of New Orleans and less than 2 miles from the shore of Lake Pontchartrain. The Gentilly area is one of the finest residential areas of the city. The neighbors are quiet and very friendly. There's a convenient walking trail accessible just outside the doors of our home. This home will definitely give you the feel of how locals live in New Orleans. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Enjoy the fun and festivals our great city has to offer.
