Apartment in first line of the beach of Altea, newly renovated with high quality materials, brand new, with stunning views of the beach promenade, next to the restaurants, bars and port of Altea. 10 minutes walk from the City Hall and shopping area. A 20 walk from the old town of Altea.

All rooms have large fitted wardrobes.

Amazing Stay

The stay here was by far our best on our 2-week vacation to Spain. This unit was super clean, very spacious, and had a beautiful view. The place was so nice we didn't want to leave. Great location with lots of great restaurants. Please do not pass on this rental. You will absolutely love the place and the city of Altea.. We will be staying again in the future.

Spacious and clean apartment

Perfect apartment at the boardwalk in Altea. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for a family. The kitchen is well equipped. And all was very clean. From the balcony you can see the sunrise. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Also the tram station to Benidorm and Calpe/Dénia is 5 min away. Heating was also working well, making it very comfortable on the colder nights. Check-in and communication before and during the stay was very efficient.
