Spacious private villa with A/C & 10 x 5 metre salt water pool.
Our lovely Spanish home is situated on a flat plot on a quiet residential road. It's just a 10 minute stroll to Cala Blanca bay and a 5 minute drive to the famous Arenal beach with all its restaurants and bars. The old town and port is just a little further. There is a local restaurant, café, supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance, plus tennis and other amenities nearby. All Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, air conditioning units & separate ceiling fans, and mosquito screens and window shutters. Bedroom 1: Large king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and dressing room. Plenty of room for a cot if required. Bedroom 2: Large bright bedroom with king-size bed. Bedroom 3: Separate twin beds or can be put together to make large king. All king beds are 160 x 200cm & twins are 90 x 200cm each. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a shower-room. Large open plan lounge area with 50” Panasonic TV with programmes primarily in English but with some Spanish, French & German channels too. Free WiFi, included. The lounge is comfortably furnished with modern art works, comfortable armchairs and a classic art deco walnut cane sofa. The lounge leads into a bright modern glazed naya that overlooks the pool. It has Ibizan style white washed dining furniture with contemporary feature art work. There is a fully fitted open plan kitchen with granite worktops electric and gas hobs, fan oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, & coffee machine. There is also a granite breakfast bar in the kitchen area for socialising and dining. The kitchen leads out onto a large covered but open south-west facing naya with a ceiling fan and extractable canopies for some shade in those hot summer months. This naya also has a gas hob with plancha for outdoor cooking and “Al Fresco” dining. Being South-west facing it attracts the sun until it finally disappears over the horizon in the evening. Beautiful tiled open plan terrace to the front of the villa with various cacti and palm planters. To the side is a floodlit
10 x 5 metre tiled salt water pool with roman steps into the pool. This is a deep pool with a gradient of 1.5 to 2.6 metres. Covered pool seating area with overhead lighting for 6 people, plus built in BBQ. Nicely decorated outdoor toilet and a pretty tiled pool shower. Sun loungers next to the pool. Very private, not over looked. Olive and lemon trees adjacent to the pool area. Washing machine is located at the back of the villa. Automatic electric entrance gates, private parking for several cars, and night lighting. Carbon Monoxide Alarm installed. Smoke alarms installed throughout the villa. The villa is on a flat plot without any steep slopes or stairs. The main terrace and pool terrace has slip resistant tiles. The villa has 1 or 2 steps up into the villa, (depending on which entrance you use), and double opening doors at all entrances. Once inside the villas the master bedroom has no steps into it whilst bedroom 2 and 3 are situated off the upper hallway which has 5 steps leading up to it.

We have just retired and moved from the UK to Javea last year. It is so beautiful here and the climate is wonderful. Javea has everything you could need. It is very residential with hardly any high rise buildings. We consider ourselves very lucky. We will vacate the villa in the summer months to spend time with family, so we are happy for you to enjoy our home during our absence. We have worked very hard to decorate and make it into a lovely home and hope that we have thought of every comfort for your stay.
Why they chose this property
Pete and I have spent several years coming back to Javea. We were always drawn back to the Toscal area because you can walk to the local beach safely via residential roads. Many of the main roads in Javea do not have adequate pavements so this was a real bonus for us. Our house has an immediate warm and welcoming feel to it, and we fell in love with it straight away. We love open-plan space of the villa. We hope you do too. Almost all of our guests last year commented that the pictures on the website do not do the villa justice. I tend to agree with them! While I shall endeavour to take some better photos I feel confident that any new guests will be pleasantly surprised by the villa and its beautiful terraces.
What makes this property unique
The property has nice open views from the kitchen and terrace and pool area. You can see all the big villas up on the hills of El Tosalet and yet we are still completely private and not over-looked by anyone. Coming from London it is wonderful not to be able to hear any road noise whatsoever.
