Villa Hamara is located in the heart of the residential, peaceful and guarded area of Tosalet, 2 km from the center of Javea (amenities, restaurants) and the Arenal beach. The house, not terraced, with a surface area of 140 m², faces south and offers you ideal sunshine to enjoy the large private pool (10 x 5 meters), relax and unwind. The main house is made up of 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each, and 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. WiFi and numerous international TV channels are available to you. The rooms are equipped with fans and air conditioning.
The villa has an independent studio, offering 2 to 4 additional beds (modular room with the sofa bed 2 places) and a private bathroom.

The Javea region is ideal for holidays with family or friends. It offers varied landscapes, between mountains, beaches and authentic Spanish villages, allowing a wide choice of activities. Hiking, Montgo Natural Park, water sports, beaches, coves, bike rides to discover sumptuous views of the Mediterranean, restaurants, bars and nightlife. By the coast, by car or on two wheels, set off to explore the surrounding towns and villages, such as Calp, Denia, Moraira.
The temperatures are mild throughout the year making Villa Hamara a perfect holiday spot for lovers of cycling, golf (open off season) and tennis, or simply for a moment of relaxation. The fireplace is ideal for evenings out of season.
