Apartment completely renovated in 2012, consisting of a large room with extremely comfortable welded mesh sofa bed, partially obscured from view by a library. Kitchenette with modern and equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and induction hobs, dining corner. A bedroom with comfortable dressers and three beds, a bathroom with shower. Large built-in wardrobe.
Large and livable terrace overlooking the pine forest; table and relaxation corner with armchair and sofa. Overall 65 square meters.
