The apartment is fully refurbished and includes a bedroom with king size double bed, living room with dining area and double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a huge private terrace of 150 square meters overlooking the sea and mountains. On the terrace, dining table, lounge sofa, sunbeds, large awning and outdoor kitchen. The apartment has sleeping accommodation for 4 people.

Well located, very clean with a superbe outside terrace. Included necessary amenities (and more). Although terrace was great, rain first two weeks of stay which was unfortunate!

Lovely apartment

Just came back from a week stay at this apartment, the apartment was clean and fresh and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace is amazing, you could really just lay there all day. In a good location for bars and restaurants, bus stops and shops. Check in was easy and communication with the owners in the run up to the stay to answer any questions was extremely helpful, really couldn’t fault this apartment and hope to stay again.

Booking Again - Great Place

Have recently returned from a 10-day stay at this apartment and we absolutely loved everything about it. The balcony is exceptional, as is the garden furniture that adorns it. A different place to sit, lie, eat and generally take in stunning views. The apartment is very well appointed with everything you would need for a stay. We will be booking this apartment again for next year. Can't give it any better recommendation.

Great stay

We had a great stay here. The terrace is the greatest thing about this place and it was great, having breakfast there every morning and having drinks with the family. There was enough dishes and kitchen accessories for all our needs. We even used the outdoor dining table on Christmas Eve by closing all the awnings around it. The only criticism I have is that I don't really love Benalmadena as a town, it's ok, but not great. The unit itself was great though! Highly recommend!

Great location, Great complexe

Overall it was a beautiful apartment, Great big patio with beautiful furniture. Great for entertainment outside. Concerning the apartment it was a good size, for 2 people. One thing that I would like to suggest to the owner is that the sofa should be changed, its old and not confortable at all to sit. Everything else was good.

Fantastic place to stay ... amazing outdoor space

We had a lovely 10 nights in this apartment and I have to say the best part about it was out outside space. There were so many seating areas either in the shade or the sunshine whatever you prefer and there was sun on the terrace ALL day but also shade available all day which was perfect for myself and my husband. We loved it so much that we booked again for next year on our third day. Inside the apartment was relatively small compared to the outside space but perfectly big enough for myself and my husband and the king size bed was a bonus. Everything you need in kitchen to cook breakfast or an evening meal if you felt like doing so (which we did to make use of the wonderful outside space).

The apartment is perfectly located for the beach, excellent choice of restaurants & bus stop if wishing to explore neighbouring seaside areas. Lovely walk to the marina area along the promenade. The communication with the host & his local agent was smooth & helpful. Ideal for couple & our teenage son. The apartment was pleasant, clean and had a lovely new sofa. The outdoor terrace was the the best I have ever experienced. Ideal if you enjoy sitting all day in the sun with lots of opportunity if seeking shade. Throughly enjoyable. Thank you

Little Gem.

This apartment has so much to offer. From location to panoramic views, to an outside living space that is second to none. When we first arrived we thought to ourselves, the apartment is a little small, compact you could say. Although it had everything, and more than you would need for 10 days holidays. It is only when you venture outside to the roof terrace that this ‘little gem’ comes alive. We spent most of our time here, between meals, relaxing in the sun, and having a few drinks. It is superb. Strongly recommend this property. From booking, to communications, to check in, this is luxury.

BEL APPARTEMENT AVEC UNE SUPERBE VUE

L'appartement est très bien équipé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un long séjour. Il est identique aux photos. Le balcon est immense et la vue sur la mer est superbe avec du soleil du matin au soir. Nous aurions apprécié que le balcon et les meubles soient nettoyées avant notre arrivée.

Fantastisk lägenhet med bra läge intill strandpromenaden. Bra kontakt med värden samt kontaktpersonen på området. Terrassen hade en makalös utsikt mot både hav och berg. We are a famely of 6 people. We love Spain and love to stay in our apartment overlooking the sea and the beach. The apartment has recently been refurbished.

Why they chose this property

The apartment ise close to everything and have a large waterpark in the garden. No car needed and close to the airport. 20 min by taxi.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is very central located. Only 15-20 minutes from the airport. You can walk to a lot of activities, recreational areas and shops so car is not necessary. There is access to a large garden with 5 pools and several water slides. A number of beaches are only 2 minutes walk away and if you need to relax you can enjoy the silence on the big terrace (150m2). The terrace has outdoor kitchen with washing machines. At the terrace you can overlook the sea from a large dining table, loungesofas, relax chairs and sunbeds. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and living room. Both bed and living room has aircondition.
