Open floor plan on main level for great entertaining where living room is flanked by the dining room and kitchen. Spacious kitchen with seating for four and stainless steel appliances, great living room with 46" flat screen tv and gas fireplace, dining room with seating for eight. Sliding doors off the dining room allow access to the rear deck and screened in porch for cool summer nights. Five bedrooms with three of the bedrooms being master suites with adjoining bathrooms. Jack and Jill bathroom convenient for families with young children. All bedrooms have spacious closets and 32 inch flat screen tv's. Family room/Loft on 2nd level contains wet bar with beverage refrigerator, a 46 inch flat screen tv, dvd player, and a sectional sofa that opens into a queen size bed. The upper level master suite features a king size bed, private bath, and a sitting area for a private moment or to embrace a good book . Sufficient parking in spacious driveway. Short walk or bike ride to town or beach. Rehoboth Beach parking pass as an accommodations with this simple yet sophisticated rental at the shore.

Our 2nd time

My family chose to specifically return to this great house because it’s close to everything. Just off the coastal highway. Everyone has their sleeping privacy and plenty of space for cooking, dining and gathering. It is well maintained and roomy! We will return!

Pleasant Stay Away

Very clean! Needed more towel racks in the bathrooms. Needed small trash bags. Beds were all comfortable. Screen porch was nice addition. AC was very efficient throughout the building. Nicely decorated! Trash bins were set out as instructed but the recycle bin was never collected. The bin was left out for several days. We then brought it back.

To the Beach

Home was perfect- spacious, lots of privacy, plenty of parking and bikes and beach accessories! we brought our own bikes and discovered we could bike everywhere for day excursions, including the beach and playground.

Multiple Families Dream Home!

Spent this past week with my family- 6 adults and 4 kids under 10. The house is incredible. Clean, spacious, and more. See the review below for all of the amenities (bikes, beach chairs, etc.) that it provides. (Bring sheets and towels, though!). Michael & Melissa were great hosts- responsive to questions and welcoming. The pictures do not do the place justice. Worth the extra few minutes to town and the beach. (Plus they give a parking pass for the beach. Get there early for a great spot!).

Amazing Accommodations....top of the line hospitality and consideration of guests!

I cannot say enough positive things about this property and the homeowners....absolutely 5 star! Beautifully designed and decorated, completely stocked with everything you would need, from kitchen supplies, to household needs. The shed is also well stocked with beach gear and even 6 bicycles, perfect for the short ride into town. The house is nestled on a quiet street, close to everything, yet with a ton of privacy. We highly enjoyed the back screened in porch and deck surrounded by nature. The house is spacious, with ample room to enjoy each space. The beds are comfortable, each room having it's own bathroom. The homeowners are extremely responsive, and convey a welcoming feeling that I have never experienced before in a rental property. We probably spent more time at the house than we would of, because it was so comfortable! Rehoboth was great and the beach parking pass a plus! So much to see in this areas as well!! We all thoroughly enjoyed the house and cannot wait to be able to come back.

Family fun

We had a wonderful experience, the house was so spacious and beautifully decorated. There were 9 adults and 3 kids 2 and under, the layout was perfect, the screened-in porch was a plus. Owner was East to work with. It was our first time at rehoboth and we are looking forward to returning.

AMAZING

The pictures did not do this place justice. Michael thought of everything! From the beautiful decorations to providing us with a ninja when we requested a blender. Everything was immaculate and we would definitely stay here again. On multiple occasions, all 9 of us aggreed that we would love to live here. Everything was perfect! Awesome Getaway !

Just wanted to drop a quick note to say thanks for letting us rent your place. We got very lucky with unbelievable weather for a last minute golf trip. We have stayed in the area before as well as Ocean City and Bethany and have to say that this is by far the most impressive house we have ever stayed in. The kids had a great time even though it wasn't exactly beach weather, we did head down to the boardwalk and had a blast. Everything in the house just makes you feel comfortable and when we needed something its seemed like it was right there waiting for you. I will stay here again! hopefully this summer if you're not sold out. Thanks again
