INCREDIBLY SPACIOUS IN THE PINES! You and your family will love this newly renovated home which holds so much history! Originally the home to the Kiwanis Club and Boy Scout Troop 85, the building was lovingly restored to a 5 BR, 4 BA vacation home, which is handicapped accessible. Offering two family areas, 3 bedrooms on the first floor, two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and a separate office if you find yourself having to work during your holiday. There's also an outdoor shower, 2 off-street parking spaces and 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits provided. You'll be in walking distance to everything that Rehoboth Beach has to offer: gorgeous beaches, the boardwalk, unique boutiques, plus gourmet and casual restaurants. Sleeps 12, No Pets, No Smoking. Guests pay a $260 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights in the off-season. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent.. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. Book now while there are still weeks available

Spacious stay, Rehoboth at your fingertips

Loved our stay at 84 Kent! Group of 12 adults - was a perfect fit for our crew. The house doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s deceivingly deep! Variety of rooms - each connected directly to a bathroom (yes, you heard that right). Kitchen was ample for multiple meals, just note that the supplies are on the lighter side (we donated two new sheet pans :)). Outside the house, everything is walkable - restaurants, beach, you name it. Love a vacation that doesn’t involve getting in a car. All in all, would happily be back, thanks for having us!!

Don’t Hesitate to Book!

This is a very spacious property in a great location. The pictures don’t do it justice! Every bedroom has access to a bathroom which is fantastic. If you have small children this is a great location right by a wonderful park. Hosts were great in communication before and during the stay.

Spacious family friendly get away

Newly renovated, spacious house - easy walking distance to beach and downtown Rehoboth. Located on a quiet, tree-lined street, you could have a nice time just strolling and admiring the quaint architecture and everyone’s beautiful garden, but it is also a short walk to beautiful beaches, great dining and fun shopping. Nice house for a family consisting mainly of adults, ie, not a ton of bunk beds. Great open kitchen and family room for fun time together but also space to get away for alone time. No yard to speak of, but a decent grill for outdoor cooking. Plenty of on street parking if you buy the pass - (2 are included with rental) Rehoboth is a great, clean, family friendly town with friendly people snd lots of great dining options.Great State parks nearby also.

Great space.

Overall, this is a great place for large groups. It has 5 BR & 4.5 baths, a large gathering area and dining table and big empty closets. Little hiccup with the DW and I only fault the property manager for not being more proactive in ordering a new part. There is not much outdoor space and the outdoor shower, while an asset, needs cleaning and some hooks to be useful. Plenty of street parking and nice walk to shops etc.
