Spectacular duplex penthouse on the beachfront. Located in one of the best buildings on the Costa del Sol next to the emblematic Hotel Pez Espada. The building has several garden areas in front of the promenade of La Carihuela, swimming pools, tennis courts and direct access to the beach.
The attic is distributed over two floors; three bedrooms, two bathrooms, social bathroom, kitchen, living rooms on both floors and fireplace.

Cleaning is not included in the reservation. On arrival day € 75 will be paid in cash.

Flott duplex penthouse i Torremolinos (La Carihuela)

Nyoppusset duplex penthouse med utmerket beliggenhet på stranden i Torremolinos. Fullutstyrt med alt som behøves for en hyggelig ferie på stranden. Kort vei til vakker strand, restauranter og lokalbutikk. En kort spasertur til havnen i Benalmedena og en noe lengre tur til sentrum av Torremolinos. Flott bassengområde som ikke var overbefolket noen av dagene vi var der. Parkering er et must hvis man har egen leiebil som vi hadde. Egen parkeringsplass var tilgjengelig et par minutters gange fra leiligheten. Kort kjøretur til Carrefour. Totalt fem aircondition uniter sørget for behaglige temperaturer innendørs ved behov. Vi opplevde sikkerheten som god, med låst port og låst inngangsdør til bygget. Det er verdt å merke seg at det ikke er terrasse tilknyttet leiligheten. Det er en liten takterrasse som kun egner seg til klestørk. Vi var klar over dette da vi booket og opplevde ikke dette som noe problem da vi stort sett var på strand/basseng/shopping/restauranter under vårt opphold. Det er heller ikke full takhøyde på de to soverommene i andre etasje. Vi hadde barn og ungdommer som bodde der og det var ingen problemer for de.
