Terraced house of 170 m2 in a quiet urbanization with swimming pool, facing west, very well lit all day.
The villa has a porch closed by a window, living room, pantry, large kitchen, interior patio with gas barbecue and storage.
Upper floor with 4 bedrooms, 2 of them very large and overlooking the pool.
Fitted wardrobes in 3 of the rooms and an additional closet in the hallway.

This house is magnificent to enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday, with family or friends. The layout of the house makes it ideal for children, as well as easy access to the pool right in front of the house.
The pool is open from June to September. The urbanization has a garden and playground.
Parking place.

It is our vacation home so we will not be physically present to help you. However, our relatives and neighbors are available to help and of course we are available to answer any questions.
