Villas Costa Brava- Villa Sol Solet. First line of the sea in Cala Canyelles
Spectacular villa on the seafront, with large windows and terraces. The villa is distributed on two floors. The main floor from where you access the house, has a large living room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom and bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite) and a large terrace with private pool. On the exetrior terrace we find the barbecue and the laundry room. Closed garage for one car. Wifi, BBq. and Air Conditioning. Groups of young people are not accepted.
A few meters from the house there are stairs that access the beach of Canyelles. A large beach with restaurants, water sports area, marina and parking.
The rental price does not include the final cleaning fee € 180, the additional € 120 Air Conditioning (optional) and the bed linen € 15 / person
