Modern villa, 50 meters from the beach, with a 5-person Jacuzzi spa heated to 36 degrees Celsius and an indoor heated pool (30 degrees Celsius), electric car charging station, sea view, billiards, one ground-floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom, three upstairs bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), and two additional bathrooms.

The house has a free 11kW electric car charging station.
Its very large swimming pool measures 4 meters wide by 8 meters long. It is heated to 30 degrees Celsius and features a counter-current swimming system and a deck with sun loungers and a relaxation area. The pool is separated from the house by a lockable gate and has a safety cover.

The kitchen is fully equipped: 5-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, washing machine, and dryer. Each bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a rain shower head and a washbasin. The bedrooms feature a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a wardrobe, and storage space.
The garden is fully enclosed. The bedrooms have electric shutters. The price includes all charges: end-of-stay cleaning, linens, towels, tourist tax, baby kit, internet access, satellite TV, year-round heating, six bicycles, a kayak, and a stand-up paddleboard.

Highly recommend this holiday house!

Great house and location for a top family holiday. The pool and the beach was ideal and super fun! The house is large, clean, open plan and perfect for multiple families to socialise. We found things in the local area to do, enjoyed a trip to the Botanical Gardens in Roscoff, a trip to Ile de Batz and a Plousecat visit. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect Villa!

Our family (2 Kids) had a really wonderfull week in Plousecat. We visited the house over new years eve and enjoyed the ocean, the food, the silence and a perfect house. Everything is almost new and in a perfect shape, a lot of space and a great indoor pool, especially for kids. I think we will come back next year.

A Great Find!

We had a family holiday here to celebrate a 60th birthday and found the Villa to be perfect. The location was ideal as it was only a stone's throw from the beach. The Villa itself was extremely well equipped for all ages (our party ranging from a 2 year old, a 5 year old up to 60 year old) - the fact that there were bikes, a kayak and pool table onsite gave us good activities/entertainment. As there is an indoor swimming pool, it doesn't matter whether you have rain or shine! An extremely well equipped kitchen for self catering too!. All in all a great Villa in a great location and Ludovic was just a text away if we were to need him. We can't fault this "great find" at all.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, das Haus hat alles was gebraucht wird. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe ist echt toll. Die Fahrräder könnten mal eine Wartung vertragen sind aber gefahren. Ludovic hat sich jedem Anliegen sofort angenommen. Gute Restaurants in der Umgebung sind schwer zu finden und wenn oft ausgebucht. Einen Ausflug nach Brest kann mich sich sparen, die schönste Ecke ist um Rosscoff.

Magnifique Villa

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette magnifique villa.Les photos sont conforme a la réalité.Elle est situee à 2 pas de la plage. Tres belle region et de belles balades réalisées malgré une meteo mitigée.La villa offre de belle prestation. L'espace piscine est top. Les grandes baies vitrées donnant sur une tres belle terrasse bois. Les chambres sont de belles tailles. La cuisine est spacieuse et bien équipée.Nous avons profité de belles soirées avec le billard.Un grand merci a Ludovic pour ses conseils avisés, ses propositions de sorties et son attention.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir continuer notre découverte de cette tres belle region.

Schönes Haus für Familien

Wir haben das Haus genossen. Wir waren als große Familie mit Freunden da, es war genug Platz für alle, und wir konnten gemeinsam kochen, essen und zusammen sein. Den Kindern hat der Pool gefallen. Die Lage war gut, ruhig und 100 m von einer schönen Bucht entfernt.

Un bien d'exception

Une magnifique maison spacieuse et très bien équipée. Des extérieurs très bien aménagés. Une piscine couverte, chauffée superbe. Un propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute de toutes vos questions. Des équipements (vélos, kayac de mer, ...) à disposition. La plage à 100m. On ne peut rêver mieux pour passer d'excellente vacances

Merveilleux séjour

Une magnifique villa ou rien ne manque. Tout est bien pensé et bien équipé. La piscine est un pur plaisir et la plage à proximité avec ses paysages différents tous les jours au gré du temps. Ludovic est accueillant, de très bons conseils pour les visites/balades comme pour les restos. Disponible si besoin. Un merveilleux séjour dans un environnement calme...... parfait !!

Luxus-Haus in Strandnähe

Tolles modernes Haus mit 4 Zimmern und Platz für 10 Personen. Haus ist neu, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, schöne Zimmer. Gute Betten (das Etagenbett ist eher für Kinder geeignet ist).Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Esstisch innen und außen sind groß genug für 10 Personen. Moderne Küche. Billardtisch war super, sehr nett, mal eben eine Partie zu spielen. Der Pool ein Highlight. Abschließbare Türen und elektrische Poolabdeckung gaben uns bezüglich der Kinder ein sicheres Gefühl. Mit geöffneten Schiebetüren von hier Zugang zur Terrasse. Gepflegtes Grundstück mit Wiese, Terrasse nach hinten. Haus liegt in zweiter Reihe, von hier kein Meerblick, von den oberen Räumen allerdings schon. 2 Minuten zum Strand sind perfekt. Sehr schöner Strand, sehr viel Platz, traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge, da Westlage, schönen Dünen, schöne Landschaft. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hat auf Anruf direkt reagiert (Sonnenschirm war defekt, wurde sofort ausgetauscht), auch sonst sehr nette Kommunikation. Check in mit Schlüsselkasten und Code ganz unproblematisch. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Absolute Empfehlung

Wir waren 2 Wochen zu Gast und haben uns wirklich erholt.Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Kleines technisches Problem? 1 Stunde später stand der Vermieter mit Werkzeugkiste vor der Tür. Nach 10 Minuten war der Schaden behoben. Ludovic ist eher ein besonders aufmerksamer, freundlicher Gastgeber als nur ein Vermieter. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Genug Gläser und Geschirr und alles paßt perfekt zusammen.Es fehlt nichts. Sogar Raclette und Fondue gibt es. Genug Handtücher, schöne Bettwäsche, ordentlicher Druck auf der Dusche, genug Stauraum in den Bädern und in den Schlafzimmern. Supergute Betten und zum Einschlafen Meeresrauschen. Waschmaschine , Trockner, Wäschespinne und Ständer alles perfekt. Wir konnten es selbst kaum fassen. Große Terrasse , gepflegte , schöne Outdoor Möbel, XXL Sonnenschirm… Die Mauer hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, denn für die Nachbarschaft ist das Grundstück nicht einsehbar. Wir haben unsere Privatsphäre genossen. Einen Fehler hat der ganze Urlaubstraum. Man muß wieder abreisen und kann nicht ewig bleiben. Mein Mann und ich sowie unsere 2 Windhunde haben uns außerordentlich wohlgefühlt. Merci beaucoup Ludovic, Jusqú a la prochaine fois.

Urlaub in der Bretagne

Sehr schönes Haus. Entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Das Schwimmbad ist der Hammer. Die Lage ist absolut still, keine Menschenmassen und sehr ursprünglich. Mit Hund perfekt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Gastgeber Ludovic ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar.

Que demander de plus la mer à 50 mètres devant la maison, la baie derrière la maison à 5 minutes à pieds, une villa moderne avec tout le nécessaire et la piscine que les enfants ont investi tous les jours après les promenades aux alentours.

Wunderbares Haus mit toller Einrichtung und herrlichen Indoor-Schwimmbad. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Eingezäuntes Grundstück. Ideal mit Hund. Ein winziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Wenn die grauen Betonmauern, die den Garten umrunden mit etwas Grünem bepflanzt wären. Aber wie gesagt, wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen sehr wahrscheinlich wieder

Wunderbares Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder, 1 Hund) haben Ende August/Anfang September eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet (sogar ein Jugend- und ein Kinderfahrrad sind vorhanden). Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt- unser Hund konnte dort frei herumtollen. Für die Kinder war der große und warme Pool natürlich das absolute Highlight. Das Haus liegt zudem ganz nah am Sandstrand. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub und wir können die Villa Pool & Beach nur empfehlen!

Excellente villa, je vous la recommande

Nous avons passé un séjour excellent d une semaine dans cette villa. La piscine était très bien chauffée, les chambres et les salles de bains étaient très propres, la cuisine etait très bien équipée, il ne manquait absolument rien et en plus un propriétaire exemplaire.
