Impressive and spacious converted Village Hall in a picturesque rural village on the South Cornish C
Located in the heart of this timeless estate village of Caerhays and with far reaching views, this fabulous converted village hall offers luxurious and spacious accommodation. A large entrance hall leads into a beautiful and light sitting room with wood burning stove and an open fire place off which lies a separate study, television room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with American style fridge and two hobs and there is a downstairs shower room.
A sweeping staircase leads to the second floor which has a large landing and rooms crafted into the eaves. There comprises a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a single bedroom, a large double bedroom with zip and link beds and a family bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the downstairs seperate study which can be made up on request.
Outside is a spacious enclosed garden with sunken patio terrace and ample parking.

The Caerhays Estate, nestled on the south Cornish Coast, has been owned by the Williams family since 1854 and is still very much their home. Surrounded by the world famous Spring Gardens which are renowned for their Camellia and Magnolia collections, the iconic castle with its turrets and castellations has been used as the setting for numerous films and television dramas.
The beautiful Porthluney Beach lies adjacent to the estate along with the SouthWest Coastal path with stunning walks in all directions. Surrounded by rolling green hills, a rugged coastline and picturesque sandy beaches, this is the perfect setting for your magical, timeless holiday.

Property and location great. Only problem was the long narrow roads to access the village!Quite tricky driving conditions for those not used to Cornish roads.
