About this property
Pretty Converted Stable Block. Village Centre, close to Lost Gardens of Heligan
Come and enjoy a relaxing break in this pretty and traditional Cornish cottage. Nantuat Stables sits in the grounds of the village Rectory, close to the centre of St Ewe, a small Cornish village close to The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Three double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms mean that everyone has their own space and large communal areas mean there is plenty of space to socialise with friends and family. A large, well equipped kitchen and two living rooms mean that there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy each other's company. A private garden with lawn and a covered hideaway mean there is space for evening BBQs and outdoor relaxation. Nantaut Stables has been recently updated with modern bathrooms and a beautiful interior that you can relax in away from the cares of the world. The Stables are independent but next door to the old rectory in which the owners live.

About the host

Why they chose this property
St Ewe is an unspoiled and quiet village close to some of Cornwall's prettiest villages and the beautiful Cornish South Coast. Spend your days discovering and exploring the villages of The Roseland Peninsula, spotting ponies on the coast path or watching the fishing boats in Mevagissey Harbour. Garden enthusiasts are spoiled for choice with The Lost Gardens of Heligan just round the corner, Caerhayes Gardens down the road, and then there is The Eden Project. The Stables are a short walk from the excellent village pub, so if you want a break from cooking you can always eat there.
What makes this property unique
The cottage is in the middle of a traditional Cornish village. With views over farmland, a pretty church and a great local pub, St Ewe is a welcoming and beautiful base for your holidays. St Ewe was home for many of the original gardeners at the Lost Gardens of Heligan, just up the road.
