Please note: Sorry, no children allowed. There are steps in the garden and the unfenced quay is 10 yards away.. Yorke Villa is nestled in a truly unique and picture postcard location, right on the quay walls of Lower Town, with exceptional views of the harbour and out towards Cardigan Bay. This spacious, detached, traditional stone cottage directly faces onto the quay itself and offers the perfect tranquil location to get away from it all and relax. There is an open-plan living/dining room, complete with sea views, which leads through to a farmhouse-style kitchen with breakfast area.

On the first floor, relax in the conservatory with a glass of wine and admire the well-kept terraced gardens before retiring to one of the bedrooms, two of which enjoy sea views. In the morning, wake up and watch the plethora of boats bobbing up and down with the waves or you may prefer a freshly brewed coffee in the café at the end of the quay, where you can sit on the quay walls and take in what this wonderful area has to offer.

Enjoy swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing and not forgetting the Pembrokeshire Coast Path all literally on your doorstep. On an evening, take a stroll to the village pub a few hundred yards away and sample some of the locally brewed Pembrokeshire ales, or enjoy a meal in Fishguard around a 10-minute walk away.

The north Pembrokeshire coastline is truly stunning and a must to explore. Take a short trip to Newport, Abereiddy and Abercastle, or discover the lighthouse and the rugged cliffs at Strumble Head a few miles away. A 45-minute drive away is the coastal resort of Tenby, surrounded by medieval walls built to fortify the town and are still in place to this very day complete with arches into the town leading to cobbled streets and a beautiful harbour. Beach 2 miles. Shop and restaurants ½ mile, pub 200 yards.

Located on the Quay in Lower Fishguard, the property is ideally positioned for exploring the Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion coastline. St Davids is within easy reach. Yorke Villa is clean and spacious and is a credit to the owners who were very welcoming. At the rear of the property is raised patio / garden, which must be an incredible sun trap in the summer. We would recommend the Cafe on the Quay which is at the end of the Quay and Janes Cafe in Fishguard High Street for a light lunch. Although we stayed at Yorke Villa in October and the weather was a bit mixed, we had a great time and would not hesitate to go back again.
