This holiday cottage suited us really well.
This holiday cottage suited us really well. The location is excellent, with easy access to lots of Pembrokeshire coastline and activities, and Mathry is a nice village with great pub. The cottage was really spacious, with a great kitchen diner, separate lounge and sun room, and good sized ground floor bedroom (double) and mezzanine bedroom (twin). But there was quite a lot that was a bit shabby or needed updating - lighting incredibly dim in some rooms, sofa/armchairs in lounge musty and threadbare, microwave and oven very dated, central heating a bit dodgy (cottage was lovely and warm except when the boiler broke down for half a day ... but quickly repaired by Anthony). In summary, we loved the location and spaciousness of the cottage, and Anthony and Tina were welcoming (including local bread, milk and eggs for us on arrival); it was perfect for 2-4 people with dogs, who are happy with somewhere that is comfortable rather than spotless and up-to-date. We'd happily go again.
Guter Ausgangspunkt, um diverse Küstenabschnitte auf dem Coast Path zu erkunden. Das Cottage hatte alles notwendige, was man braucht. Tina war sehr hilfsbereit und das Willkommenspaket war sehr lecker. Der Wintergarten war unser beliebtester Aufenthaltsort und sehr gemütlich.
