In a quiet area, away from main roads, single storey house of 100m2 with south facing terrace and fenced garden of 700 m2. It is ideally located 10 minutes by bike from Port Joinville and the most beautiful beaches of the island.
It consists of a living room / lounge, an open kitchen. A room with 1 bed of 160, a second room with 2 beds of 90, a third with a bed of 140 and 1 bunk bed of 90. Bathroom with shower and bath. Independent toilet. Laundry. Bike shelter.
