About this property

Quietly set, detached 8 persons holidayhouse with a private large heated swimming pool (by solar panels heated) and a lovely Pool House in the little hamlet of Bosbarat, a hamlet set in the woods south of Sarlat. The lovely little village close to Carlux is about 2 km north of the Dordogne river, in between the lively towns of Souillac and Sarlat. It has has a bakery, some restaurants for you to enjoy the French way of life…

All the bedrooms are located on the first floor. This charming holiday house has 2 bathrooms and all the amenities you need during your holidays.

Outside
This spacious house (140 m2 surface area) comes with a large enclosed swimming pool (11x5 m) with an overflow system and a large sun terrace. Ideal to relax and enjoy the warm sunny days of the South West of France.

Surroundings
The house is centrally located for trips to the numerous attractions of the region. The fortified town of Domme, as well as Beynac, La Roque Gageac, Les Eyzies, and Rocamadour are all in close vicinity. Beach on the banks of the Dordogne river is 4 km away. Golf courses at Vitrac (20 km).
Supermarkets can be found either in Souillac or in Sarlat.

Excellent accueil

Belle propriété idéalement située pour une visite optimale de la région. Très calme et reposante déconnexion totale. Si quelque chose peut-être amélioré, ce serait d'agrémenter un peu la batterie de cuisine (presse fruit , verre gradué) et clôturer un peu plus . Sinon très satisfait de notre séjour.

Belle maison eau fraîche

Le séjour s'est très bien passé la gérante très aimable seul gros bémol la piscine n'était pas chauffée donc tous enrhumés en fin de séjour dommage car pour le reste tout était idéal pour des vacances
