'Tamara' apartment is in a prime location, on fourth floor of the Louis Vuitton building, avenue de Suede in Nice, with panoramic views over the Albert Premiere gardens onto the Mediterranean sea, meters away.

This light, elegant, Art Deco one bedroom apartment (90 square meters, recently renovated) with a vast marble floor living room is tastefully furnished and has three double glazed windows/doors onto a breakfast terrace/balcony with spectacular views.

Below the apartment is the chic shopping area, restaurants, cafés. The fashionable bars, clubs and casinos are all within a short walking distance. The old town and the famous 'Cours Salaya' flower/ fruit/vegetable/antique market place is just five minutes walk through the cool Albert premiere gardens.
From the balcony at night we see the illuminated Nice skyline including the Casino Ruhl, Plaza Hotel and the famous rue Paradis and in the distance the wonderful Chateau waterfall above the old town.

Bel emplacement, superbe logement il n’y a que l’ascenseur qui peut poser des problèmes 2 personnes maximum et deux pannes en 10 jours ( 4 étages pour des personnes de plus de 75 ans pose problème) Sinon c’est super

Can't Beat The View

Once again, as in 2023, we stayed in this lovely apartment for the annual Parades since there is outside viewing access from the salon, bedroom and kitchen. It is also very close to all amenities so it's a perfect location for a warm, sunny, seaside getaway from Paris. The agent was very pleasant and helpful as were neighbors who we met during our stay. We will definitely return.

Excellent Property

We are a couple in our 60,s from Canada who stayed at your property for 10 days in November Excellent location Close to the Sea Old Town Many Restaurants The views from the balcony were amazing The unit was well stocked The only 2 things We were disappointed in was the bed being very low and the couch in the living room was not very Comfortable We would Recommend Renting this Unit ! Thankyou

Perfect

We had a lovely stay in this apartment which I think, is much better in real life than in the pictures. The view across the park to the sea, with some glimpses of what’s happening on the Promenade, is amazing and a highlight of the apartment’s many attributes. It is placed within easy walking reach of almost everything you could want to see and do. Trams, busses and trains maximum 15 minutes walk. Shops of every variety on your doorstep. I think it is only fair to mention that there is some significant renovation work happening at the building next door and there is some noise but this didn’t spoil the enjoyment of our stay, even sitting on the balcony. It has to be remembered that the apartment is in a beautiful, busy, vibrant city and some noise is inevitable.
