La posizione è strategica, situata a 30 metri dalla strada principale che porta alla spiaggia e al viale per lo shopping e le passeggiate serali. Le migliori discoteche del paese, per il mercato, pescivendoli, farmacie, negozi di artigianato locale dell'ufficio postale, souvenir ecc. A 30 metri da casa hai tutto a portata di mano: - Il bar / pasticceria per la colazione - enoteche, pub, birrerie e ristoranti caratteristici, aperti fino a tarda notte. - Supermercati, servizi di ogni genere. Allo stesso tempo, la casa è riservata e silenziosa. La casa fa parte del condominio Rokkaria, un ambiente riservato ed elegante, curato in tutti i suoi spazi. Un'area esterna con pergolato in legno. Una camera completa con angolo cottura e divano letto e una piccola terrazza. Presente 7 letti; ampie camere da letto con bagno privato. I servizi sono ampi, completi di biancheria.
