Beautiful well oriented apartment, in a quiet area ideal for families, with all the comforts. Newly built urbanization Playa Elisa II. Private safe pools for children. A 2 minute walk from the beach of Mil Palmeras, one of the best in the area.
Kitchen equipped with all appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc.) and utensils. With 2 bedrooms (double bed and two single beds) and two bathrooms. It has air conditioning, Internet / Wi-Fi and television, in living room and bedrooms.
Bed linen and beach equipment (chairs + umbrella)
Restaurants and leisure areas at 10 min. walking, to one side and another of the urbanization, which is located between Las Mil Palmeras and La de Torre de la Horadada. Shopping center "La Zenia Boulevard" 10 min. By car.
