6-bedroom Villa Kandia I with private pool and stunning sea views

Villa Kandia is a comfortable 6 bedroom villa on 4 levels which which can accommodate 13 people. It is a stylish and luxurious accommodation with a garden, a private outdoor pool and an indoor jacuzzi that offer total relaxation and amazing sea and mountain views. Set in a quiet part on the outskirts of Agia Efimia, only 750 m from the sea, this private villa offers absolute tranquility and at the same time access to all the amenities of the village.

The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen and a big balcony with amazing sea views and dining table for 12 guests. On this level there is also one double bedroom with an ensuite wc.

The first floor has one bedroom with a double bed with a full width window offering amazing sea views, and a second bedroom with one double bed – they both share a bathroom with bath tub with amazing views and each has its balcony!

The 2nd floor is an attic room with two single beds and bathroom with bath tub.

The lower level (can be also reached from another entrance offering total privacy from the rest of the house) consists of two bedrooms – one with 3 single beds and one with a double bed. In the open plan living room area there is a gym with five machines and other equipment and a small open plan kitchen and small ping pong table. On the same level there is a bathroom with tub and another room with the indoor 8 seat jacuzzi (used at an extra cost). Four of the rooms have huge picture windows with fabulous sea views. On this (lower) level outside is a spacious terrace with private pool (4.2m x 8m), 8 sunbeds, a hammock, and a sofa with amazing views.

The villa is comfortable and provides great facilities for families or groups of friends who want privacy whilst having the option to use spacious common areas and to be able to self cater in the fully fitted kitchen. There is as well a BBQ so guests can prepare and enjoy dinner under the stars admiring one of the best moon rises on the island.

In the neighbouring land, we also have a 4-bedroom villa with a private pool that can be rented separately or together with the 6-bedroom villa sleeping up to 20 guests

Car hire is recommended to explore and explore the island. In addition, please note that the road to the sea and shops is downhill. Free parking is available on site.
