Beautiful and ample villa inserted in the quiet of the Pinewood of San Pietro a Mare, in the municipality of Valledoria (SS), among maritime pines and eucalyptus trees. Located 300 meters from the very long free sandy beach, where equipped bathing establishments are also available. The house has a private entrance, a large private garden, a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a veranda with an umbrella and an outdoor living room.
