Beautiful and large semi-detached villa inserted in the quiet of the Pineta di San Pietro a Mare, in the municipality of Valledoria (SS), between maritime pines and eucalyptus trees. Located 300 meters from the very long free sandy beach, where equipped bathing establishments are also available. The house has a private entrance, large private garden, separate living room with double sofa bed, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, veranda with umbrella and outdoor lounge. Private parking space.

The accommodation

Comfortable and spacious villa with air conditioning and free wi-fi. The kitchen features a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. In the living room, a double sofa bed. Guests also have a washing machine and iron.

Everything was perfect

You must stay here. The house is located in a silent area, peaceful and just 50 meters or so from a beautiful beach with a couple of restaurants. The house itself is freshly renovated, the kitchen is fully equipped, everything is clean, and the host couple is fantastically friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have wished for more and highly recommend this place for anybody - friends, couples or families.

La maison idéale pour une petite famille

Parfaitement située a 5 min à pieds de la plage, la maison dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour y passer un bon séjour , barbecue à gaz , petit jardin privatif, place de parking ombragée, trois pièces d’eau et clim dans quasi tout les espaces sont les vrais plus de cette charmante habitation. J’ajouterai que le propriétaire a été plus qu’arrangeant à notre arrivée ce que nous avons fortement apprécié.

Locazione del sito bella e tranquilla a fine giugno, Benvenuto molto accurato accogliente Monica e Luigi ci hanno accolti facendoci sentire a casa e dandoci tutte le informazioni che gli abbiamo chiesto utili per noi in una zona che non conoscevamo direi molto professionale e amichevole esperienza da ripetere e consigliare sicuramente grazie ragazzi un abbraccio.

Wonderful place for the rest

The house is located in a very quiet place near to the sand beach, which was not crowded during all our vacation (almost the whole July). The sea and the beach are clean, with beautiful view to Castelsardo; there is a shower and a public toilet. The supermarket, fish and meat shops are 3-5 min to get by car, some vineyards are nearby. The house is very comfortable, light and clean, with air-conditioner in every room, well equipped kitchen. It is surrounded by pines so the air outdoor is incredible. Tennis camp is 3-5 min by walk. We've spent great 3 weeks in this place and we'd like to thank you, Mihaela and Luigi, for your hospitality!!!
