This beautiful 1 bedroom unit is centrally located to all the amenities of El Matador and has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has been completely renovated and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal. The spacious dining area seats 4 comfortably. The living room has a large flat screen TV with DVD player and has balcony access that offers great views of the courtyard and Gulf. The bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and also has access to the huge balcony. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a spacious sink area. Relax and enjoy all this great unit has to offer! To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Family Getaway

This was a great spot for our family of 4. The space had everything we needed, and we like the amenities El Matador has to offer -- the pool, easy access to the beach, close to lots of restaurants. This was our second time staying at an El Matador unit, and we will certainly be back!

Excellent Beach and Pool

Furnishing nice and could host 4 persons. Just a short walk to the pool and a few more steps to the beach. Beach was like sugar. Close to restaurants and gift shops.
