Cute Istrian house with pool, located just a short drive away from Rovinj. In its nicely decorated interior with rustic details and wooden beams. This villa can accommodate up to 5 guests. On the first floor you can find fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living area, all in one, and a separate toilet. From the ground floor there is direct access to the garden with private pool. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a private bathroom, while further 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are on the ground floor.

Next to the swimming pool there is a terrace with outside dining table and barbecue, perfect for preparing specialties with your family and friends. The house is air conditioned, has WiFi and provides everything for an enjoyable holiday.

Toller Garten mit schönem Pool

Wir waren 3 Ehepaare und haben das Haus für 10 Tage gemietet. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, bis auf eine leider defekte Spülmaschine die während unseres Aufenthalts auch nicht instandgesetzt wurde. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und 2 Zimmer sind echt toll. Das 3. Zimmer kann leider mit den anderen beiden nicht mithalten. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt !
