Villa Claire - private villa with one of the best views of Villefranche

Craig was entirely fair in his review in that his stay was not without incident. It was kind of him to point out how quickly the tv and the oven were replaced/repaired. Previous guests had not made us aware of the situation, or hadn't used them. The microwave was simply user error. There had also been two leaks from the ac units in the downstairs bedroom due to doors being left open previously which had started to cause black mold on the vents, this is not acceptable that it had gone unnoticed. All was repaired immediately. The sewer smell has now been fixed with a drain trap needing to be replaced. I thank Craig and his group for their patience whilst we remedied the issues.

In response to this, I wholeheartedly apologized for the error over the kitchen cupboard problem within 2 hours of the initial message. Absolutely my fault. However the problem with the ice maker was not mentioned during the stay and maybe was on the wrong setting, an easy fix had I been told. Also no mention of the table and chairs by the pool being dirty, again could have been fixed immediately. Apologies for that.
