Inside, you will find a cozy living-dining room equipped with SAT/TDT TV, air conditioning and access to a large terrace with pool views. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher, ideal for preparing delicious meals during your stay. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, SAT/TDT TV, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, there are two additional bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other independent with a double bed, both with SAT/TDT TV, ceiling fan and their own bathrooms.



Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful 7x3 meter pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. A large solarium gives you the opportunity to relax while contemplating the breathtaking views of the sea and the emblematic Peñón de Ifach. There is also a built-in barbecue area and a stone oven for enjoying delicious meals outdoors. The plot is completely fenced and offers space to park two vehicles.



This villa enjoys a privileged location, with easy access to sandy beaches, supermarkets and local restaurants. Just 2.2 km from the beach and 2.4 km from the nearest supermarket, as well as a variety of dining options. The center of Calpe is just 3.5 km away, allowing you to explore all the attractions in the area with ease.

Buena experiencia

La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos y tiene una bonita vista al Peñón. Una habitación la de dos camas carece de calefacción y los baños grandes y completos, si bien el espacio de los dormitorios es reducido. Las almohadas son muy duras para nuestro gusto. Y la ropa de cama ( sábanas, mantas) y las toallas , aunque limpias, necesitan renovación. Excelente el trato tanto del Personal de Plusholidays como de los dueños de la casa. Y especial mención al señor que nos entrego las llaves y acompañó a la casa por su amabilidad y buen hacer. Hemos tenido una estancia agradable .
