The apartment is located in the best residential area of Viareggio. Near the sea (50 meters) and the pine forest (just cross the road) and near the city center (five minutes on foot). The area during the night is very quiet.
The apartment is close to the sea and the pine forest. The supermarket is within walking distance. It is therefore not necessary to move by car. However, the area is served by public transport (buses). Two bicycles can be made available on request.

Sehr gute Lage, großzügige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen, ca 100m zur Promenade und zum Strand. Große Zimmer, gut ausgestattet. Vermieterin ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich um alles.
