This very special house surrounded by forest in the nature reserve can accommodate up to 4 people
Only 4.1km from the beautiful Valldemossa, you have 106m2 of living space and 5000 m2 outside area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In addition to a TV, air conditioning and central heating, there is also a parking space (3 parking spaces) & bicycle garage, furnished terrace (150m2) with barbecue and private pool (9mx4m).
If you travel with a large group we can offer the twin house that is right next door (Son Galceran Petit), so we can accommodate up to 8 people. While you live in the UNESCO World Heritage area, you are also the neighbour of Michael Douglas in a private and exclusive residential area.
The highlight of the house is definitely the outstanding view, partly to Barcelona.
Added to this is the private hiking trail to the stone bay from the house. The nearest sandy beach (Son Bunyola) is 17.7 km away, the stone beach Cala Deia 10 km. The airport can be reached in 30,2km.
You want to stock up on groceries, in 3.8km you will meet the nearest supermarket. For dining, give a try to the nearby restaurant Can Costa or one of the famous "Coca de patata" in the famous bakery in Valldemossa.
Adorned by cactus pines and olive trees and bordered by the typical fence made of logs, you can really relax in the outdoor area. Whether under the pergola in the shade, while grilling with gigantic vision or while splashing around in the pool, it could not be better.
Despite the great outdoor area, the house also has a balcony with the perfect view, just a dream place.
The inviting entrance leads into the traditional interior. From all corners of the house the dream view captivates with incomparable flair.
Even a cosy fireplace evening at sunset with a delicious regional wine is for sure possible in the house.
The beautiful kitchen is functional practice where you can easily prepare daily meals.
You wake up and the first thing you see is the unique view of nature.
Sleeping with open doors in balmy summer nights, the only thing you can hear is birds singing in the morning.
Enjoying the first tea in the morning in this dream setting leaves nothing to be desired.
There are not that much views as this one, you are looking for a place for a break and for pure relax. Where would that be better than in a nature reserve and such an exclusive location.

Lovely cozy house with outstanding location and view

It is a very cozy house in an outstanding location with a breathtaking view and surroundings. It is the perfect place to disconnect form the world and relax. It is a very romantic stay for couples. When we realized there was no wifi we where a bit afraid because we need it for work, but it ended up being perfect the cell phone signal works perfect so one has access to internet when needed. Thank you very much Alex and Nicolas for everything, we had an outstanding time in the house! We definitely want to come back! When we arrived we learned that the room in the small house was not available for us, but it had been offered on the website, both in the description and pictures. When we explained to Nicolas he solved the situation fast and arranged so we could use it as well. We where very glad for Nicolas’ help and diligence and for having this small house, because firm the pictures it was our favorite place. Nevertheless I would suggest to check that the info in the website is really matching what is given in the accommodation to avoid situations like this in the future. Some pictures of the interior of the house are outdated: the living room and the second room in the main house. Both places look much better how they are now, so I would suggest tothe pictures in the website.
