This highly sought after villa will be AVAILABLE again April 12, 2025 to April 19, 2025. Stay right in Sea Pines and enjoy the many activities of the RBC Heritage Golf Classic then unwind in your spacious villa at Marriott's Monarch. Choose your own day of departure or stay a full seven days. Our newly renovated villa provides ample living and dining space for the whole family or a group of friends. It is one of only three villas that walk out directly to the beach. It is a fantastic location! Marriott is following very strict disinfecting procedures. Be assured, your villa has been sanitized prior to your arrival.
Many activities including golf, tennis, bicycling, horseback riding, beach strolling and shopping are available. Try dining at Coast, a great establishment with a beachfront patio bar right next door to Monarch. Or use the convenience of your villa's full kitchen to prepare meals. Walk through the beautiful property and use the barbecues, firepit, hammocks, lounge chairs, pools, and fitness center. Master bedroom has king size bed, private bath, dual sinks, large walk-in shower. Second bedroom has two twin beds and connected bath with tub/shower. Living room has a sofa bed. Whether you want to grab snacks from the fridge or make big meals for the whole family, everything you need is right in your villa. The full kitchen is a great convenience to have on vacation, plus there are three flat screen TV's, wireless internet, and laundry with washer and dryer in your villa. Enjoy your vacation home away from home.
