The Dunes of Panama is 1.5 miles west of the St. Andrews State Park. 2 miles from Grand Lagoon and Captain Anderson's Marina, across the street from Mr. Surf and less than two miles (east) of the Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center. Nearby dining includes: Captain Jacks, Montego Bay, Schooners, Liza's Kitchen, J Michael's, Captain Anderson's any more. Alvin's Island, Everything's a Dollar, and more souvenir and gift shops are also in the immediate vicinity. 2 Major grocery stores, 3 fresh seafood shops, and more are also less than five minutes away.
Sea Oats is a two bedroom, two bath beach front condo on the 5th floor of the A building. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The king size master has multiple windows with beach view and private access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a pair of full size beds, dresser and television. Due to windows, both bedrooms have natural lighting plus overhead and task lighting. The family room is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa, chairs and a large flat screen television. Guests may walk onto the furnished balcony from the living room.
The combination of dining table and granite breakfast bar accommodate everyone to break bread together.
The fully furnished kitchen has ample preparation and service ware to make meal preparation an ease. Don't forget you can purchase excellent fresh seafood everyday at any of the three nearby seafood shops.

Suds Weezer is a real gem. In addition to a wide variety of convenience products, toys, souvenirs, etc. they also have prepared meals, Their charcoal grilled meats and hamburgers are great. They also serve snacks, ice cream and cold drinks. You can actually get a couple of their Pina Colada's or Margarita's served poolside.
One of the nice things about "Sea Oats" is that it is comfortable for families traveling with or without their four legged family members. The condo is well maintained, it is clean and fresh. Families without pets are welcome but those with pets under 35 pounds are also as long as they have well behaved, properly tagged, friendly human travel partners.
